Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.配列番号2、4、6、8、10、12、14、16、18、20、22、2 4、26および28からなる群から選択されるHIV gp120アミノ酸配列 を含んでなる単離されたポリペプチドおよびその断片。 2.該ポリペプチドがさらにフラッグエピトープ配列を含んでいる、請求項1記 載のポリペプチド。 3.該フラッグエピトープ配列がHSV gD−1フラッグエピトープ配列であ る、請求項2記載のポリペプチド。 4.該フラッグエピトープ配列がHIV gp120アミノ酸配列に融合してい る、請求項2記載のポリペプチド。 5.配列番号2、4、6、8、10、12、14、16、18、20、22、2 4、26および28からなる群から選択されるアミノ酸配列を含んでなる、HI V gp120ポリペプチド配列をコードする5キロベースを超えないオリゴヌ クレオチドおよびその断片。 6.該オリゴヌクレオチドが配列番号1、3、5、7、9、11、13、15、 17、19、21、23、25および27およびその断片からなる群から選択さ れるヌクレオチド配列を含んでなる、請求項5記載のオリゴヌクレオチド。 7.該オリゴヌクレオチドによってコードされるアミノ酸配列がさらにフラッグ エピトープを含んでいる、請求項5記載のオリゴヌクレオチド。 8.該フラッグエピトープがHSV gD−1フラッグエピトープである、請求 項5記載のオリゴヌクレオチド。 9.該フラッグエピトープがHIV gp120アミノ酸配列に融合している、 請求項7記載のオリゴヌクレオチド。 10.gp120MNと、配列番号2、4、6、8、10、12、14、16、 18、20、22、24、26および28、およびその断片からなる群から選択 されるHIV gp120ポリペプチド配列とを、適当な担体中に含んでなるワ クチン。 11.a.第1のgp120ポリペプチド配列またはその断片;および b.該第1のHIV gp120ポリペプチド配列でワクチン接種されたワクチ ン受容者に由来するブレイクスルー単離物HIV gp120ポリペプチド配列 またはその断片 を含んでなるワクチンであって、該HIV gp120ポリペプチド配列が適当 な担体中に存在しているワクチン。 12.該第1のHIV gp120ポリペプチド配列が、gp120 MN、gp 120 A244、gp120 MN−GNE6(配列番号31)、またはgp1 20 MN−GNE8(配列番号33)を含んでなる、請求項11記載のワクチ ン。 13.該ワクチンがさらに、gp120 MN、gp120 A244、gp12 0 MN−GNE6(配列番号31)、またはgp120 MN−GNE8(配列 番号33)を含んでなる第2のgp120ポリペプチド配列またはその断片を含 んでなるワクチンであって、該第2のHIV gp120ポリペプチド配列が該 第1のHIV gp120ポリペプチド配列と異なっている、請求項12記載の ワクチン。 14.該第1のgp120ポリペプチド配列がgp120 MNを含んでなり、 該第2のgp120ポリペプチド配列がgp120A244を含んでなる、請求 項13記載のワクチン。 15.該ブレイクスルー単離物が配列番号2、4、6、8、10、12、14、 16、18、20、22、24、26および28、およびその断片からなる群か ら選択されるHIV gp120ポリペプチド配列を適当な担体中に含んでなる 、請求項14記載のワクチン。 16.該第1のgp120ポリペプチド配列がgp120 MNを含んでなり、 該第2のgp120ポリペプチド配列がgp120 MN−GNE8(配列番号 33)を含んでなる、請求項13記載のワクチン。 17.該ブレイクスルー単離物HIV gp120ポリペプチド配列が配列番号 2、4、6、8、10、12、14、16、18、20、22、24、26およ び28、およびその断片からなる群から選択されるHIV gp120ポリペプ チド配列を適当な担体中に含んでなる、請求項16記載のワクチン。 18.該ブレイクスルー単離物HIV gp120ポリペプチドが該第1および 第2のHIV gp120ポリペプチド配列でワクチン接種されたワクチン受容 者に由来する、請求項13記載のワクチン。 19.ワクチン受容者に由来するブレイクスルー単離物に由来するHIV gp 120ポリペプチド配列またはその断片を、該ワクチン受容者が接種されたワク チンに加えることを含んでなる、HIVワクチンの製造方法。 20.該第1のgp120ポリペプチド配列が、マクロファージ親和性HIV− 1種に由来する、請求項11記載のワクチン。 21.該第1のgp120ポリペプチド配列が、T細胞親和性HIV−1種に由 来する、請求項11記載のワクチン。 22.該ワクチンがさらに、マクロファージ親和性HIV−1種に由来する第2 のgp120ポリペプチド配列またはその断片を含んでなる、請求項21記載の ワクチン。 23.該第1および第2のgp120ポリペプチド配列が異なったケモカインレ セプターに結合する、請求項22記載のワクチン。 24.該第1のgp120ポリペプチド配列がCC−CKR−5に結合し、第2 のgp120ポリペプチド配列がCXC−CKR−4に結合する、請求項24記 載のワクチン。 25.該ワクチンがさらに細胞毒性T細胞応答を誘導するように処理されたウイ ルスを含んでなる、請求項11記載のワクチン。
