Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.対象物の内部構造体を異なる倍率で観察する超音波ホログラフィ像形成装 置にして、 a.ホログラム検出面と、 b.(1)対象物の超音波ビームを発生させ且つそのビームを対象物を通じ てホログラム検出面に伝達すると共に、(2)基準超音波ビームを発生させ且つ 該ビームをホログラフ検出面に伝達し、伝達された対物ビームと干渉させ、該検 出面上に超音波ホログラムを形成する超音波変換器手段と、 c.対象物とホログラム検出面との間に介在され、選択された対象物面内の 対象物の内部構造体の像を前記検出面に形成すべく、レンズ系の軸線に沿って整 合された少なくとも二つの超音波レンズを備える超音波レンズ系と、 d.コヒーレントな光ビームを発生させ、且つ該光ビームをホログラフィ検 出面に向け、形成されたホログラムを投影すると共に、選択された対象物面内の 対象物の内部構造体の像を含む回折ビームを発生させるコヒーレント光の照射手 段と、 e.ホログラムからの対象物の内部構造体の像を観察する観察手段と、 f.前記超音波レンズを互いに関して選択的に動かし、前記検出面上におけ る対象物の内部構造体の倍率を変化させ、これにより、観察した像における対象 物の内部構造体の寸法を変化させる手段とを備えることを特徴とする超音波ホロ グラフィ像形成装置。 2.請求の範囲第1項に記載の超音波ホログラフィ像形成装置にして、前記超 音波レンズ系が液状の超音波結合媒体内に取り付けられることを特徴とする超音 波ホログラフィ像形成装置。 3.請求の範囲第1項に記載の超音波ホログラフィ像形成装置にして、前記倍 率が0.25倍乃至4倍の範囲であることを特徴とする超音波ホログラフィ像形成装 置。 4.請求の範囲第1項に記載の超音波ホログラフィ像形成装置にして、前記レ ンズを互いに関して動かす前記手段が、(1)レンズ系の軸線に沿って第一のレ ンズを可動状態に支持する第一の支持手段と、(2)レンズ系の軸線に沿って可 動であるよう第二のレンズを可動状態に支持する第二の支持手段と、(3)レン ズ系の軸線に沿って第一のレンズを独立的に選択的に動かし得るように前記第一 の支持手段に作用可能に接続された第一の駆動手段と、(4)前記レンズ系の軸 線に沿って第二のレンズを独立的に選択可能に動かす第二の駆動手段とを備える ことを特徴とする超音波ホログラフィ像形成装置。 5.請求の範囲第4項に記載の超音波ホログラフィ像形成装置にして、前記レ ンズを互いに関して動かし、像の倍率を変化させ得るように前記第一及び第二の 駆動手段に作用可能に接続されたオペレータ制御手段を更に備えることを特徴と する超音波ホログラフィ像形成装置。 6.請求の範囲第4項に記載の超音波ホログラフィ像形成装置にして、前記レ ンズを互いに関して動かし、前記レンズ系を対象物の容積内の各種の位置で焦点 決めし得るように前記第一及び第二の駆動手段に作用可能に接続されたオペレー タ制御手段を更に備えることを特徴とする超音波ホログラフィ像形成装置。 7.請求の範囲第4項に記載の超音波ホログラフィ像形成装置にして、前記第 一及び第二のレンズ支持手段が別個のリードスクリューを備え、前記第一及び第 二の駆動手段が該リードスクリューを選択的に回転させるモータを備えることを 特徴とする超音波ホログラフィ像形成装置。 8.請求の範囲第6項に記載の超音波ホログラフィ像形成装置にして、前記オ ペレータ制御手段が、前記第一及び第二のモータを選択的に制御し得るようにマ イクロプロセッサに作用可能に接続されたオペレータ入力装置を備えることを特 徴とする超音波ホログラフィ像形成装置。 9.請求の範囲第4項に記載の超音波ホログラフィ像形成装置にして、前記第 一及び第二の駆動手段が、前記レンズを選択された位置まで正確に動かし得るよ うにレンズの動きを感知するエンコーダを備えることを特徴とする超音波ホログ ラフィ像形成装置。
