Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.蒸気発生器の内部を検査する装置で、 第1ブームと、 第1ブームに旋回式に取り付けられた第1端部および第2端部を有する第2ブ ームと、 第2端部に取り付けられたヘッド・アセンブリと、 ヘッド・アセンブリに取り付けられた複数の位置合わせガイドと、 ヘッド・アセンブリに取り付けられた駆動アセンブリと、 近位端で駆動アセンブリに取り付けられ、遠位端にセンサを有する可動感知棒 とを備える装置。 2.さらに、ガイドを拡張および引っ込める手段を備える、請求項1に記載の 装置。 3.ガイドを拡張および引っ込めるために空気圧アクチュエータを備える、請 求項2に記載の装置。 4.第2ブームが入れ子式ブームを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。 5.感知棒が入れ子式棒を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。 6.センサがカメラを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。 7.さらに追加のカメラを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。 8.位置合わせガイドが複数の空気圧アクチュエータを備える、請求項1に記 載の装置。 9.位置合わせヘッドが、相対的位置を測定する少なくとも1つの追加センサ を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。 10.センサがカウンタを備える、請求項9に記載の装置。 11.第1ブームが第2ブームと噛み合う旋回手段を備える、請求項1に記載 の装置。 12.蒸気発生器の内部を検査する方法で、 第1ブームと、第1ブームに旋回式に取り付けられた第1端部および第2端部 を有する第2ブームと、ヘッド・アセンブリに取り付けられた駆動アセンブリと 、 近位端でヘッド・アセンブリの駆動アセンブリに取り付けられ、遠位端にセンサ を有する可動感知棒とを備える検査装置を設けるステップと、 発生器のアクセス口を通して検査装置を挿入するステップと、 第1ブームおよび第2ブームを、管横列に直角に管レーンに配置するステップ と、 発生器内の管レーン内で検査装置を直立させ、管横列にほぼ平行に配置するス テップと、 所定の位置に装置を配置するステップと、 棒を移動させてセンサを所望の位置に配置するステップと、 装置から遠隔配置されたディスプレーに視覚画像を記録し、表示するステップ とを含む方法。 13.さらに、管横列の間の所望の高さに第2ブームを入れ子式に移動させる ステップを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。 14.さらに、感知棒に組み込まれたカメラで情報を記録し、伝送するステッ プを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。 15.さらに、追加カメラを軌道して追加の視覚画像を記録し、遠隔ディスプ レーに伝送するステップを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。 16.蒸気発生器の内部を検査する方法で、 第1ブームと、第1ブームに旋回式に取り付けられた第1端部および第2端部 を有する第2ブームと、第2端部に取り付けられたヘッド・アセンブリと、ヘッ ド・アセンブリに取り付けられた複数の位置合わせガイドと、ヘッド・アセンブ リに取り付けられた駆動アセンブリと、近位端でヘッド・アセンブリの駆動アセ ンブリに取り付けられ、遠位端にセンサを有する可動感知棒とを備える装置を設 けるステップと、 発生器のアクセスロを通して検査装置を挿入するステップと、 第1ブームおよび第2ブームを、管横列に直角に管レーンに配置するステップ と、 発生器内の管レーン内で検査装置を直立させ、管横列にほぼ平行に配置するス テップと、 所定の位置に装置を配置するステップと、 位置合わせガイドを隣接する管まで拡張するステップと、 棒を移動させてセンサを所望の位置に配置するステップと、 装置から遠隔配置されたディスプレーに視覚画像を記録し、表示するステップ とを含む方法。 17.さらに、位置合わせガイドを空気圧で起動するステップを含む、請求項 16に記載の方法。 18.さらに、発生器内で装置の正確な位置が分かるよう、位置合わせガイドか ら位置決めデータを供給するステップを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
