Ｉ．発明の分野
本発明は、使用者の顔の特定の場所を強調するスティック状製品に関する。特
に、対照色を使用して強調効果を生じるような配置で色を塗るためのスティック
状製品に関する。
ＩＩ．発明の背景
唇のメイクアップは、女性の全体的な外見において必須の役割を果たしている
。女性は自分の唇を引きたてるために、リップスティック、リップライナー、リ
ップペンシル、リップグロス、およびリップファンデーションのような口紅製品
を使用する。望みの形、色、または大きさにするために、女性はこれら口紅製品
を単独で、または組み合わせて使用している。女性が望みの外見になるために多
くの製品を使用して塗るプロセスは、費用がかかり、時間も消費してしまいうる
。組み合わせて使用する場合には、女性はこれらを別々に使用しなければならな
いため、非常に長い時間がかかることになる。

近年、女性は望みとする唇の厚さを得るために外科的手段に頼っている。これ

れる。この種の方法に伴う欠点は、その結果が永久的な性質のものであり、費用
が高いことである。
本発明は、唇をより厚く見せる、簡単で、単一塗布用のリップスティックを提
供する。
本発明は更に、唇をより厚く見せる費用のかからない製品を提供する。
本発明はまた、唇により厚い外観を与える、永久的でない方法を提供する。
ＩＩＩ．発明の概要
本発明は、より厚く見える唇の外観を与えるために対照色を使用する口紅化粧
品である。この口紅化粧品は、第一の部分および第二の部分を有する弾丸形状の
リップスティックを備え、該第一の部分および該第二の部分が該リップスティッ
クの実質的に全長に沿って互いに密に接触し、該第一の部分が該第二の部分のい
ずれか側に沿って横方向に延長するように形作られているものである。第二の部
分は対照的な外観、例えば異なる陰影、色、または仕上がりを有するものである
。
通常の方法で唇にリップスティックを適用すると、上記の横方向の延長部すな

Ｖ．発明の詳細な説明
図１A−１Bは、本発明の教示を具体化した弾丸形状のリップスティック１を示
す。リップスティック１は、リップスティックのための容器（図示せず）内に据
えられる。これらの容器は当該分野で良く知られており、塊が内部でスライド可
能に据えられたもの、または弾丸形状リップスティックが定位置に固定されるも
のでも良い。
図示したリップスティック１の形状は限定することを意図するものではなく、
容器内に適合する形状の一例である。本発明に利用し得る弾丸形状リップスティ
ックの形状としては、楕円形、円形、涙形、ハート形、四角形等が挙げられるが
、これらに限定されない。また、リップスティックの形状はリップスティックの
長さに応じて変化し得る。例えば、容器内に据えられる端部である弾丸形の底面
は円形で、塗布用端部は楕円形であり得る。
同様に、弾丸形状リップスティックの表面の形状を変えることができる。弾丸
形状リップスティックの表面は、リップスティック塗布の間、唇に接触する面で
ある。本発明に利用し得る表面の形状としては、楕円形、円形、涙形、ハート形
、四角形等が挙げられるが、これらに限定されない。一般に、リップスティック
の表面は弾丸そのものの形状に類似する。本発明の利益を得るためにリップステ
ィックの形状をどのように改変するかについては、リップスティックの製造の当
業者には明らかである。
弾丸形状リップスティック１は、視覚的には分かれているが、一体的に同じで

視覚的に分かれた２つの部分を有することによって、第一の部分２と第二の部分
４との間に境界線１０が形成される。線１０は第一の部分２と第二の部分４との

弾丸形状リップスティックの塗布用端部２０は傾斜していても、カーブしてい
ても、または平坦であっても良い（それぞれ図２A、２B、および２Cを参照）。
弾丸形状リップスティックの塗布用端部２０は底面の反対側にある端部である。
好ましい態様において、弾丸形状リップスティックの塗布用端部２０は、先端、
頂上、または点８が形成されるように面取りしても、または傾斜させても良い（

本発明の好ましい態様は、図１Aおよび１Bに示すように、弾丸形状リップステ
ィック１の塗布用端部が涙形であり、弾丸の底面が円形のものである。塗布用端
部は点８が形成されるように面取りされている。弾丸形状リップスティックは、
対照的な色、陰影、または仕上がりのものである２つの別々の部分、すなわち第
一の部分２および第二の部分４に視覚的に分けられた一体型の塊である。これら
２つの部分は、弾丸形状リップスティックの全長にわたって延在する境界線１０
によって視覚的に分離されている。線１０は、リップスティックを、２つの別々

第一の部分２を唇の隅に塗布できるように横方向の延長６が存在することが重要
である。前記したように、本発明において色、形状、および構造に多くの変更を
なし得ることは、当業者には明らかである。
リップスティックの成形はいくつかの工程を経て行われる。典型的なリップス
ティックの製造においては、まず目的のリップスティックの形状に対する雌型を
準備する。次に溶融したリップスティックを型の中に流し込み、冷却させる。リ
ップスティックが固体状態まで冷却した後、型を取り外し、リップスティックを
容器内に入れる。
本発明のリップスティックは、従来のリップスティックの型にわずかに改変を
施して製造することができる。第二の部分４の大きさおよび形状に相当する挿入
物を、従来のリップスティックの型の中の適当な位置に設ける。次いで溶融した
リップスティックを、挿入物と型の間に形成された空隙に注ぎ入れる。リップス
ティックが固体状態まで冷却した後、挿入物を取り外す。この新たに形成した固
形のリップスティック塊は弾丸形状のリップスティックの第一の部分２に相当す

リップスティックの型のための材料は、リップスティックの成形に伴う高温に

び思想から逸脱することなく行うことのできる改変は意図されている。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Lipsticks for enhancement FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a stick-like product that emphasizes a specific location on a user's face. In particular, it relates to a stick-like product for painting colors in an arrangement that produces a highlighting effect using a contrasting color. II. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Lip make-up plays an essential role in a woman's overall appearance. Women use lipstick products, such as lipsticks, lip liners, lip pencils, lip glosses, and lip foundations to pull their lips. Women use these lipstick products alone or in combination to achieve the desired shape, color, or size. The process of applying with many products to give a woman the desired look can be costly and time consuming. If used in combination, women would have to use them separately, which would take a very long time. Conventional lipstick products include a combination of a lip liner and a lipstick mass (see US Pat. No. 4,740,097). This configuration combines two separate items together in a single package. The lip liner and the lipstick mass are separate parts, with the lip liner protruding laterally from one side of the lipstick mass. In another lipstick product, a central portion is provided with a lipstick mass of a different color than the outer portion. In this lipstick, the central part is completely surrounded by the outer part. The intent of this structure is to provide a central portion to facilitate shading of the lipstick on the lips. Depending on how many times and how a woman uses this lipstick, the desired shading will be obtained. Lipsticks that provide two equal halves of different colors are also known. The intent of this structure is to give consumers the option to use two colors with the purchase of a single lipstick without blending the colors with each other. In recent years, women have resorted to surgical means to achieve the desired lip thickness. These means include collagen injections and other forms of orthopedic surgery. A disadvantage with this type of method is that the result is of a permanent nature and is expensive. The present invention provides a simple, single-application lipstick that makes the lips look thicker. The present invention further provides an inexpensive product that makes the lips look thicker. The present invention also provides a non-permanent method that gives the lips a thicker appearance. III. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is a lipstick cosmetic that uses contrasting colors to provide a thicker looking lip appearance. The lipstick cosmetic comprises a bullet-shaped lipstick having a first portion and a second portion, wherein the first portion and the second portion are closely packed together along substantially the entire length of the lipstick. And the first portion is shaped to extend laterally along either side of the second portion. The second part has a contrasting appearance, for example, a different shade, color, or finish. Applying the lipstick to the lips in the usual way, applying the color of the first part to the outer corners of the lips, where the lips are thinner at the lateral extensions, i.e. at the periphery, while simultaneously applying the second part It can be applied to the thicker part of the center of the lip in the area. After application, the two parts come together to color the lips and accentuate the central part, thereby giving the lips a thicker appearance. IV. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION FIGS . 1A-1B show a bullet-shaped lipstick 1 embodying the teachings of the present invention. The lipstick 1 is placed in a container (not shown) for the lipstick. These containers are well known in the art, and may have a mass slidably mounted therein or a bullet-shaped lipstick fixed in place. The illustrated shape of the lipstick 1 is not intended to be limiting, but is an example of a shape that fits within the container. Examples of the shape of the bullet-shaped lipstick that can be used in the present invention include, but are not limited to, an elliptical shape, a circular shape, a tear shape, a heart shape, and a square shape. Also, the shape of the lipstick can change according to the length of the lipstick. For example, the bottom surface of the bullet, which is the end placed in the container, may be circular and the application end may be oval. Similarly, the shape of the surface of the bullet-shaped lipstick can be varied. The surface of the bullet-shaped lipstick is the surface that contacts the lips during lipstick application. Surface shapes that can be used in the present invention include, but are not limited to, ellipses, circles, teardrops, hearts, squares, and the like. Generally, the surface of a lipstick resembles the shape of the bullet itself. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art of lipstick manufacture how to modify the shape of the lipstick to obtain the benefits of the present invention. The bullet-shaped lipstick 1 is visually separate, but integrally identical and has a first part 2 and a second part 4 which are in intimate contact with each other. By having two parts that are visually separated, a boundary 10 is formed between the first part 2 and the second part 4. Line 10 is a separation line between the first part 2 and the second part 4 and continues over the entire length of the bullet-shaped lipstick 1. The application end 20 of the bullet-shaped lipstick may be sloped, curved, or flat (see FIGS. 2A, 2B, and 2C, respectively). The application end 20 of the bullet-shaped lipstick is the end opposite the bottom surface. In a preferred embodiment, the application end 20 of the bullet-shaped lipstick may be chamfered or beveled such that a tip, apex, or point 8 is formed (see FIGS. 1B and 2A). The first part 2 is formed starting from point 8 of the bullet-shaped lipstick. The first part 2 is shaped to extend laterally along either side of the second part 4. Such a lateral extension 6 makes it possible to apply the mass of the first part 2 to the corners of the lips while simultaneously applying the mass of the second part 4 to the center of the lips. The application of the lipstick is performed similarly on the upper lip and the lower lip. The following examples merely illustrate the colors, sizes, shapes, or structures that can be used and are not limiting in any way. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the application end of the bullet-shaped lipstick 1 is tear-shaped and the bottom surface of the bullet is circular. The application end is chamfered so that a point 8 is formed. A bullet-shaped lipstick is an integral mass that is visually separated into two separate parts that are of contrasting color, shading, or finish: a first part 2 and a second part 4 . These two parts are visually separated by a boundary line 10 extending over the entire length of the bullet-shaped lipstick. Line 10 visually separates the lipstick into two separate parts, which remain present even when the lipstick is worn out by consumer use. The first part 2 covers the area from the point 8 of the lipstick to the boundary line 10. The line 10 is preferably curved such that the first part 2 extends laterally from around the sides of the second part 4. In a typical application, a lateral extension is used to apply the color of the first part 2 mainly to the corners of the lips while at the same time substantially not applying the color of the second part 4 to the corners of the lips. 6 is important. In a preferred embodiment, the first part 2 is of a darker color or shade than the second part 4. By selecting this color arrangement, the effect of enhancing the lips can be increased. Alternatively, the first part 2 may be of a lighter shade than the second part 4, and one part may be of a matte finish and the other may be of a glossy finish. It can be. Regardless of the shape of the borderline 10, it is important that there be a lateral extension 6 so that the first part 2 can be applied to the corner of the lip. As noted above, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that many changes in color, shape, and structure may be made in the present invention. The molding of the lipstick is performed through several steps. In the production of a typical lipstick, first, a female mold for the shape of the target lipstick is prepared. Next, the molten lipstick is poured into a mold and cooled. After the lipstick has cooled to a solid state, the mold is removed and the lipstick is placed in a container. The lipstick of the present invention can be manufactured by slightly modifying a conventional lipstick mold. An insert corresponding to the size and shape of the second part 4 is provided at a suitable location in a conventional lipstick mold. The molten lipstick is then poured into the void formed between the insert and the mold. After the lipstick has cooled to a solid state, remove the insert. This newly formed solid lipstick mass corresponds to the first part 2 of the bullet-shaped lipstick. Next, the insert is removed from the mold. This forms a gap between the first part 2 and the mold, which gap corresponds to the second part 4 of the bullet-shaped lipstick. The molten lipstick of the desired color of the second part 4 is then poured into the cavity and allowed to cool. Upon removal of the mold, the lipstick is of the desired shape and has two visually separated parts in intimate contact with each other. This bullet-shaped lipstick can then be placed in a container and sold for consumer use. Alternatively, the molding process of the bullet-shaped lipstick may be reversed so that the insert occupies the first part 2 while the second part 4 is being formed. Thereafter, the insert is removed and the first part 2 is formed. The material for the lipstick mold can be a metal or any other material that can withstand the high temperatures associated with molding the lipstick. These materials will be apparent to those skilled in the art of lipstick manufacture. 4A and 4B show different embodiments of the present invention. In this embodiment, the bullet-shaped lipstick is divided into two first parts 30 and 31 and two second parts 40 and 41. In this manner, the lipstick can have essentially two different lipsticks in one bullet shape. The first portions 30 and 31 may be the same or different in color, shading, or finish from each other. Similarly, the second portions 40 and 41 may be the same or different in color, shading, or finish from each other and the first portions 30 and 31. This aspect allows each side of the lipstick to be used as an independent lipstick itself. While the invention has been described in detail by way of example for illustrative purposes, it should be understood that the form of disclosure is illustrative and that the practice of the invention is not limited thereto. . In particular, the present invention can be applied to other stick type cosmetics such as eyeshadow and brush. Other forms and embodiments will be apparent to those skilled in the art in light of the above detailed disclosure. Accordingly, modifications that can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the described invention are contemplated.
