Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電動機/伝動機装置を含み、船舶を推進する運転力を発生する手段と、 前記電動機/伝動機装置用のエネルギを蓄積する手段と、 該エネルギ蓄積手段に蓄積されるべき少なくとも太陽光、風の動き及び水の動 きのうちの1つからエネルギを発生する手段とを備えてなる船舶の推進システム 。 2.船舶を推進する運転力を発生する電動機/伝動機装置と、 該電動機/伝動機装置に作動接続され、前記電動機/伝動機装置を駆動する電 気エネルギを提供する電力源と、 少なくとも太陽光、風の動き及び水の動きのうちの1つからの変換により電気 エネルギを発生する少なくとも1つの電気エネルギを発生する手段と、 該エネルギ発生装置からの電気エネルギによる前記電源の充電を制御する手段 を有し、前記電源と前記エネルギ発生装置との間に作動接続された充電回路とを 備えてなる船舶の補助推進システム。 3.前記電動機/伝動機装置は前記船舶を推進する水推進素子を含むことを特徴 とする請求の範囲第2項に記載の船舶の補助推進システム。 4.前記船舶を推進する前記水推進素子はプロペラからなることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第3項に記載の船舶の補助推進システム。 5.前記船舶を推進する前記水推進素子はタービンからなることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第3項に記載の船舶の補助推進システム。 6.前記電力源は前記電動機/伝動機装置に電力を供給する第1の電源と、前記 制御手段に電力を供給する第2の電源とからなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 2項に記載の船舶の補助推進システム。 7.前記電力源は前記第1および第2の電源のそれぞれの再充電電気蓄積電池を 含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項に記載の船舶の補助推進システム。 8.電気エネルギを発生する前記少なくとも1つの電気エネルギ発生装置は前記 充電回路に接続された光電池のソーラパネルからなることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第2項に記載の船舶の補助推進システム。 9.電気エネルギを発生する前記少なくとも1つの電気エネルギ発生装置は前記 充電回路に接続された風力発電機からなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に 記載の船舶の補助推進システム。 10.前記風力発電機は風車タイプの装置を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第 9項に記載の船舶の補助推進システム。 11.電気エネルギを発生する前記少なくとも1つの電気エネルギ発生装置は前 記充電回路及び前記電動機/伝動機装置に接続された再生フィードバック回路か らなり、該フィードバック回路は前記電動機/伝動機装置が運転力の発生におい て非活動であるときに前記電動機/伝動機装置を介しての水の動きから電気エネ ルギを発生する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載の船舶の補 助推進システム。 12.電気エネルギを発生する前記少なくとも1つの電気エネルギ発生装置はい ずれも前記充電回路に接続された光電池のソーラパネルと、風力発電機と、再生 フィードバック回路とを備え、前記再生フィードバック回路は更に前記電動機/ 伝動機装置に接続されているとともに前記電動機/伝動機装置が運転力の発生に おいて非活動であるときに前記電動機/伝動機装置を介しての水の動きから電気 エネルギを発生する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載の船舶 の補助推進システム。 13.前記充電回路は前記電力源における複数の再充電エネルギ蓄積電池のそれ ぞれのエネルギレベル状態を監視するように前記エネルギ蓄積電池のそれぞれに 接続された第1の監視回路と、前記複数のエネルギ蓄積電池を選択的に充電する ように前記複数のエネルギ蓄積電池と前記電気エネルギ発生装置とに接続された 第1の切換回路と、前記電気エネルギ発生装置のどれが電気エネルギを入力して おりまたは入力することができるかを監視するように前記電気エネルギ発生装置 に接続された第2の監視回路と、前記電気エネルギ発生装置管の切換を行うよう に前記電気エネルギ発生装置に接続されて所定の電気エネルギ発生装置が所定の エネルギ蓄積電池を再充電するようになっている第2の切換回路とを有するエネ ルギ入力及び負荷管理回路と、前記第1および第2の監視回路と前記第1および 第2の切換回路の動作を制御する制御回路とを備えることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第12項に記載の船舶の補助推進システム。 14.前記電動機/伝動機装置の速度と方向動作を制御する手段を更に備えるこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載の船舶の補助推進システム。 15.前記電動機/伝動機装置の速度及び方向動作を制御する前記装置はユーザ 制御パネルを含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第14項に記載の船舶の補助推進 システム。 16.電動機/伝動機装置を提供する工程と、 電気エネルギを電力源から前記電動機/伝動機装置に入力する工程と、 船舶の主推進システムが非活動状態にあるときに前記電動機/伝動機装置を使 用して前記船舶用の運転力を発生する工程と、 前記電力源に蓄積されるべき電気エネルギを発生する工程とを備え、該電気エ ネルギ発生工程は太陽光、風の動き及び水の動きの少なくとも1つを電気エネル ギに変換する工程を含むことを特徴とする船舶に補助推進を提供する方法。 17.電気エネルギを発生する前記工程は光電池のソーラパネルを提供する工程 と太陽光を電気エネルギに変換する工程とを含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第 16項に記載の船舶に補助推進を提供する方法。 18.電気エネルギを発生する前記工程は風力発電機を提供する工程と、風の動 きを電気エネルギに変換する工程とを含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第16項 に記載の船舶に補助推進を提供する方法。 19.風力発電機を提供する前記工程は風車タイプの装置を提供することを特徴 とする請求の範囲第18項に記載の船舶に補助推進を提供する方法。 20.電気エネルギを発生する前記工程は前記電動機/伝動機装置に接続された 再生フィードバック回路を提供する工程と、前記電動機/伝動機装置が運転力を 提供する場合に非活動であるときに水の動きを前記電動機/伝動機装置を介して 電気エネルギに変換する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第16項に記載 の船舶に補助推進を提供する方法。 21.電気エネルギを発生する前記工程は太陽光、風の動きおよび水の動きの少 なくとも1つを変換する複数の電気エネルギ発生装置を提供する工程を含むこと を特徴とする請求の範囲第16項に記載の船舶に補助推進を提供する方法。 22.複数の電気エネルギ発生装置を提供する前記工程は光電池のソーラパネル を提供する工程と、風力発電機を提供する工程と、前記電動機/伝動機装置に接 続された再生フィードバック回路を提供する工程とを含むことを特徴とする請求 の範囲第16項に記載の船舶に補助推進を提供する方法。 23.電気エネルギを発生する前記工程は前記電力源を構成するように複数の再 充電エネルギ蓄積電池を提供する工程と、前記複数のエネルギ蓄積電池のそれぞ れのエネルギレベルを監視する工程と、前記複数のエネルギ蓄積電池を選択的に 充電する工程と、前記電気エネルギ発生装置のどれが電気エネルギを入力してい るかあるいは入力を行うことができるかを監視する工程と、所定の電気エネルギ 発生装置が所定のエネルギ蓄積電池を再充電を行うように前記電気エネルギ発生 装置間の切換を選択的に行う工程とを含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第22項 に記載の船舶に補助推進を提供する方法。
