Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ガスおよび液体のための流体貯槽を含むハウジングと、 このハウジングに連通したガス抜き、 とを有する流体移送装置。 但し、該ガス抜きが、媒体が液体と接触するまではハウジング内のガスを通過 させる液体シール性の多孔質媒体を備え、 該ガス抜きと該ハウジングは、ガスをハウジングから抜き出すことができ、か つ液体はハウジングの全液体容量より少ない所定の液面までハウジングを満たす ことができるように、共働的に配置されている。 2.ガスおよび液体のための流体貯槽を含むハウジングと、 このハウジングに連通したガス抜き、 とを有する流体移送装置。 但し、該ガス抜きが、媒体が液体と接触するまではハウジング内のガスを通過 させる多孔質媒体を備え、 該ガス抜きと該ハウジングは、ガスをハウジングから抜き出すことができ、か つ液体はハウジングの全液体容量より少ない所定の液面までハウジングを満たす ことができるように、共働的に配置されている。 3.ガスおよび液体を保持するのに適したハウジングと、 多孔質媒体を備えたガス抜き、 とを有する流体移送装置であって、この多孔質媒体は、該媒体が液体と接触する まではハウジング内のガスを通過させるが液体は通過させず、そしてガス流れが 停止し、該多孔質媒体は親液性要素と疎液性要素とを含み、該装置がハウジング の全液体容量より少ない所望量の液体をハウジング内に保持することを可能にす る、流体移送装置。 4.ハウジングを有するドリップ室であって、 このハウジングは、ハウジングを液体で完全に満たすことなくハウジングに所 定液面まで液体を満たすことができる多孔質媒体を備えており、該多孔質媒体は 親液性要素と疎液性要素とを含んでいて、該媒体が液体と接触するまではハウジ ングからガスを送り出すことができる、ドリップ室。 5.内部と外部とを有するハウジング; ハウジングの内部と外部の間のガス流路を区画しているガス抜き;および このガス流路内に配置された多孔質媒体、 を備えたドリップ室。 6.請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項のいずれか1項に記載の装置、 移送すべき流体を保持するのに適した容器、 を備え、該装置が該容器と流体連通している、流体移送システム。 7.該装置がドリップ室を含んでいる、請求の範囲第6項記載のシステム。 8.移送すべき流体を濾過するための多孔質媒体を備えたフィルターをさらに含 み、該フィルターが該容器および該装置と流体連通している、請求の範囲第6項 記載のシステム。 9.該フィルターが白血球低減媒体を備えた白血球低減フィルターを含む、請求 の範囲第8項記載のシステム。 10.請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項のいずれか1項に記載の装置、 移送すべき流体を濾過するための多孔質媒体を備えたフィルター、 を備え、該フィルターが該装置と流体連通している、流体移送システム。 11.ハウジングがハウジングの内部とハウジングの外部との間んガス流路を区画 し、液体シール性多孔質媒体がこのガス流路内に配置されている、請求の範囲第 1項記載の装置。 12.ハウジングがガス流路に沿った同心の複数のチャネルを備えている、請求の 範囲第5項記載のドリップ室。 13.ハウジングがガス抜きを含んでいる、請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項のいず れか1項に記載の装置。 14.ガス抜きとハウジングとが、ハウジングから次に多孔質媒体を通ってガスを 送りだすように共働的に配置されている、請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 15.ハウジングの内部に延設された流体通路を備え、この流体通路がハウジング の内部と多孔質媒体の間を連通している、請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項のいず れか1項に記載の装置。 16.多孔質媒体の細孔等級が約3μm以下である、請求の範囲第1項ないし第3 項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 17.多孔質媒体が細孔封鎖性の細孔構造を有する、請求の範囲第1項ないし第3 項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 18.ガスおよび液体のための流体貯槽を含むハウジングと、このハウジングに連 通し、媒体が液体と接触するまではハウジング内のガスを通過させる液体シール 性の多孔質媒体を設けたガス抜き、とを備えた装置に流体を送り込み; 液体をハウジング内に流入させ、ガスは、液体が多孔質媒体と接触してハウジ ングがその全液体容量より少ない所定の液面まで満たされるまでは多孔質媒体を 通過させる、 ことを含む流体の移送方法。 19.ガスおよび液体のための流体貯槽を含むハウジングと、このハウジングに連 通し、媒体が液体と接触するまではハウジング内のガスを通過させる多孔質媒体 を設けたガス抜き、とを備えた装置に流体を送り込み; 液体をハウジング内に流入させ、ガスは、液体が多孔質媒体と接触してハウジ ングがその全液体容量より少ない所定の液面まで満たされるまでは多孔質媒体を 通過させる、 ことを含む流体の移送方法。 20.ガスおよび液体のための流体貯槽を含むハウジングと、このハウジングに連 通し、親液性要素と疎液性要素とを含むガス抜き、とを備えた装置に流体を送り 込み; 液体をハウジング内に流入させ、ガスは、液体が多孔質媒体と接触してハウジ ングがその全液体容量より少ない所望量の液体を保持するまでは多孔質媒体を通 過させる、 ことを含む流体の移送方法。 21.該装置がドリップ室を備えている、請求の範囲第18項ないし第20項のいずれ か1項に記載の方法。 22.流体を該装置に送り込む前に濾過することを含む、請求の範囲第18項ないし 第20項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 23.該装置に流体を送り込む間にこの装置を反転させない、請求の範囲第18項な いし第20項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 24.該装置のハウジングが、この装置に流体を送り込む前に圧縮させない、請求 の範囲第18項ないし第20項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 25.液体を該装置から送り出すことをさらに含む、請求の範囲第18項ないし第20 項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 26.生物学的流体を該装置に通すことを含む、請求の範囲第18項ないし第20項の いずれか1項に記載の方法。 27.2以上の流体を該装置に通すことを含む、請求の範囲第18項ないし第20項の いずれか1項に記載の方法。 28.少なくとも1つの流体が生物学的流体であり、該方法が、該流体から白血球 を除去して白血球が低減した生物学的流体を与え、この白血球が低減した生物学 的流体を該装置に通すことを含む、請求の範囲第27項記載の方法。 29.流体を該装置に送り込むことが、液体と、この液体で押し出されたガスをハ ウジングに送り込むことを含む、請求の範囲第18項ないし第20項のいずれか1項 に記載の方法。 30.流体を該装置に送り込み、通過した流体を患者に投与することを含む、請求 の範囲第18項ないし第20項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
