Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 円筒状壁の内面と、前記壁に関して軸心方向に変位させられることが可 能で前記壁と軸心を共有して配置されている円筒状ピストンとの間の環状間隙を 密封する環状密封部材であって、 前記環状密封部材が、環状であり軸心方向に相隣接した2つの部分(42,4 4)を有し、前記部分(42,44)のうちの第1の部分(42)がエラストマ 材料から成り、同第2の部分(44)が剛性材料から成り、剛性材料製の前記部 分(44)が突出部(46)を有し、前記突出部(46)が前記部分(44)と 一体的に形成されて前記軸心を中心とするリング形状を形成し、軸心方向に突出 して前記第2の部分(42)の中に入込み、半径方向厚さSを有し、更に前記突 出部(46)の設計及び配置が、前記第2の部分(42)の部分区間であり前記 突出部(46)の半径方向内側に位置する側面に当接する部分区間が半径方向壁 厚Siを有し、前記第2の部分(42)の部分区間であり前記突出部(46)の 半径方向外側に位置する側面に当接する部分区間が半径方向壁厚Saを有し、前 記突出部(46)の半径方向厚さSが前記壁厚SiとSaとの和Si+Saの70% 以下であるように定められている環状密封部材において、 前記の2つの部分(42,44)が取外し可能に互いに連結され、 リング状に巡って剛性材料製の前記部分(44)から突出して形成されている 前記突出部(46)が軸心方向でエラストマ材料製の前記部分(42)にほぼ完 全に貫入し、 エラストマ材料製の前記部分(42)が前記突出部(46)の端面を完全に被 覆し、 前記壁厚Siが前記壁厚Saにほぼ等しいことを特徴とする環状密封部材。 2. 前記突出部(46)の半径方向厚さSが前記壁厚Siと前記壁厚Saとの 和の50%以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の環状密封部材。 3. エラストマ材料製の前記部分(42)の端面が、周方向に間隔を置いて 配置されたドーム状隆起部(49)を複数個有することを特徴とする、請求項1 又は2に記載の環状密封部材。 4. 前記突出部(46)の半径方向厚さSが、前記突出部(46)の自由端 に近づくに従って縮小することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項3のうちの いずれか1つの請求項に記載の環状密封部材。 5. 前記突出部(46)の半径方向厚さSの前記縮小が連続的に又は階段状 に行われることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の環状密封部材。 6. 前記突出部(46)の前記自由端が一群のピン状延長部(48)により 形成され、前記ピン状延長部(48)が互いに間隔を置いて周方向に配置され、 軸心方向に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項5のうちのいず れか1つの請求項に記載の環状密封部材。 7. 前記ドーム状隆起部(49)が前記ピン状延長部(48)の軸心方向延 長空間内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の環状密封部材。 8. エラストマ材料製の前記部分(42)に対するとは反対側の、剛性材料 製の前記部分(44)の端部が中空円筒状延長部(50)を有することを特徴と する、請求項1ないし請求項7のうちのいずれか1つの請求項に記載の環状密封 部材。 9. ハウジング(12)を有する、自動車搭載液圧式ブレーキ装置のための マスターシリンダ(10)であって、 前記ハウジング(12)が、長手軸心(A)に沿って延びた孔(14)を有し 、前記孔(14)の一端が、前記マスターシリンダ(10)の前記ハウジング( 12)に所属する正面壁により密封され、反対側の他端が密封部材(16)によ り密封され、ピストン(18)が前記孔(14)の中に密封され軸心方向変位可 能に収容され前記密封部材(16)に隣接して設けられ、前記密封部材(16) を 貫通して作動させられることができ、かつ、中央弁(20)を有し、流体貯槽と 圧力室(28)との間の流体流通が前記中央弁(20)により可能であり、前記 圧力室(28)が前記孔(14)の中に前記正面壁と前記ピストン(18)とに よって境界付けられて形成され、前記中央弁(20)が、前記ピストン(18) が作動させられていない際には当接部材すなわち横ピン(34)により開放状態 に維持され、前記当接部材すなわち前記横ピン(34)が前記密封部材(16) に作用するマスターシリンダにおいて、 前記密封部材(16)が請求項1ないし請求項8のうちのいずれか1つの請求 項に記載の環状密封部材であることを特徴とする、自動車搭載液圧式ブレーキ装 置のためのマスターシリンダ。
