Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ウェル等の複数の試験片サイトを含んで構成される種類の試験片キャリア を加熱する方法であって、前記キャリアが金属薄板の形態をなし、前記薄板の抵 抗加熱を提供するように、前記薄板に電流を供給して、前記キャリアにより保持 される試験片を加熱することを含んで構成される方法。 2.前記加熱が、抵抗加熱を提供する交流電流として供給され、さらに加熱の 反復サイクルを提供するために制御される請求項1記載の方法。 3.前記金属薄板が、銀の中実ブロックである請求項1又は2記載の方法。 4.前記薄板が、金属被覆されたプラスティックトレイである請求項1から3 のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 5.前記薄板が、電気鋳造された薄い金属トレイである請求項1から4のいず れか1つに記載の方法。 6.複数の試験片を含むために、前記金属薄板が複数のウェルを含んで構成さ れる請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 7.ウェル等の複数の試験片サイトを保持する種類の、金属性の電気伝導性を 有する薄板の形態の試験片キャリアと、電力供給手段と、前記電力供給手段と接 続する1次巻線と前記導電性薄板と直接結合する2次巻線とを有する変換器と、 を含んで構成される請求項1から6に記載の方法を実施するための装置。 8.前記2次巻線が、単巻きの巻線である請求項7記載の装置。 9.前記試験片キャリア内部における制御加熱温度を維持する比率で、前記2 次巻線を通る加熱電流の流れを調整するために接続された温度制御手段を含んで 構成される請求項7又は8記載の装置。 10.冷却空気を前記試験片キャリアの背面側に向けるために配置され、前記 温度制御手段に作動可能に接続された、ファン冷却手段を含んで構成される請求 項9記載の装置。 11.前記金属薄板が、銀製の中実ブロックである詰求項7から10のいずれ か1つに記載の装置。 12.前記金属薄板が、金属被覆されたプラスティックトレイである請求項7 から10のいずれか1つに記載の装置。 13.前記金属薄板が、電気鋳造された薄い金属トレイである請求項7から1 0のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
