Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.弁ディスクを有する可動のスピンドルを備え、該弁ディスクがその上面に 環状の弁座領域を有し、該環状の弁座領域が弁ディスクの基部材料と異なる材料 から成り、弁が閉じ位置にあるとき、該弁座領域が固定弁部材上の対応する弁座 領域に当接する、内燃機関用、特に、2行程クロスヘッドエンジン用の排気弁に おいて、該弁ディスクの上面における弁座領域が、約20℃の温度にて少なくとも 1000MPaの降伏強度(Rp0.2)を有する材料で出来ていることを特徴とする内 燃機関用の排気弁。 2.請求項1に記載の排気弁において、弁座領域の材料が、少なくとも1100M Pa、好ましくは少なくとも1200MPaの降伏強度を有することを特徴とする排 気弁。 3.請求項2に記載の排気弁において、弁座の材料が、少なくとも1300MPa 、好ましくは少なくとも1400MPaの降伏強度を有することを特徴とする排気弁 。 4.請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の排気弁において、固定部材及び弁ディ スクの弁座領域が、それぞれ、弁座領域の運転温度にて略等しい降伏強度を有す ることを特徴とする排気弁。 5.請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の排気弁において、固定部材における弁座 領域が、弁座領域の作動温度において、弁ディスクの弁座領域よりも大きい降伏 強度を有することを特徴とする排気弁。 6.請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の排気弁において、弁座領域の材料が、M o、W、Co、Hf、Fe及び/又はCrのような溶液強化成分を重量比で少な くとも10%含む、ニッケル系のクロム含有合金であることと、該合金は弁ディス クに溶着し、次に、該合金の再結晶化温度以下の温度にて材料を冷間加工するこ とにより、その合金の降伏強度を前記下限値よりも大きい値まで増大させたもの であることを特徴とする排気弁。 7.請求項6に記載の排気弁において、合金がNb及び/又はTaを含有する ことと、該合金の降伏強度が、冷間加工後に析出硬化熱処理によって更に増大さ れることとを特徴とする排気弁。 8.請求項6に記載の排気弁において、合金がAl及びTiを含有することと 、 溶着後で且つ冷間加工前に、該合金が溶液焼鈍され、次に焼入れされることとを 特徴とする排気弁。 9.請求項1乃至8の何れかに記載の排気弁において、弁座領域の材料が、N b及び/又はTaを含むニッケル系クロム含有合金であることと、該合金が、弁 ディスクに溶着されることと、溶着後、該合金の降伏強度が、析出硬化熱処理に より前記下限値よりも大きい値まで増大されることとを特徴とする排気弁。 10.請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の排気弁において、弁座領域の材料が、M o、W、Co、Hf、Fe及び/又はCrのような溶液強化成分、及びNb、T a、Al及び/又はTiのような析出硬化成分を重量比にて少なくとも10%含む 、ニッケル系のクロム含有合金であることと、該合金は弁ディスクに溶着される ことと、次に、その降伏強度が、析出硬化熱処理によって前記下限値よりも大き い値まで増大されることとを特徴とする排気弁。 11.請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の排気弁において、該弁座領域の材料が、 Co、Mo、Hf、Fe、W、Ti、Nb、Ta、Alの内から選択された少な くとも1つの成分を含むニッケル系クロム含有合金であることと、少なくとも弁 座領域が、HIP処理によって製造されることとを特徴とする排気弁。 12.請求項11に記載の排気弁において、合金の降伏強度が、HIP処理の後 、材料を冷間加工することにより更に増大されることを特徴とする排気弁。 13.請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の排気弁において、弁座領域の材料が、C o、Mo、W、Hf、Fe、Ti、Nb、Ta、Alから選択された少なくとも 1つの成分を含む、ニッケル系クロム含有合金であることと、少なくとも該弁座 領域が、鋳造又は粉体冶金法により製造されることと、その後に、合金の再結晶 化温度以下の温度にて加工熱変形されることと、該材料の降伏強度を前記下限値 よりも大きい値まで増大させる弁座領域の変形程度とすることとを特徴とする排 気弁。 14.請求項13に記載の排気弁において、該加工熱変形が、材料を冷間加工す ることを含むことを特徴とする排気弁。 15.請求項11乃至14の何れかに記載の排気弁において、該合金の降伏強度 が、析出硬化熱処理を通じて増大されることを特徴とする排気弁。 16.請求項8、10、11又は13の何れかに記載の排気弁において、該弁座 領域の材料が、10−25%Cr、最大25%Co、最大10%Mo+W、最大11%Nb 、最大20%Ta、最大3%Ti、最大0.55%Al、最大0.3%C、最大1%Si 、最大0.015%P、最大0.015%S、最大3%Mn、最大25%Fe、残部Niを含 むことと、成分Al、Ti及びNiが、好ましくは、最大0.5%Al、0.7−3% Ti及び52−57%Niに制限されることと、Nb+Ta/2の含有率が、少なく とも3%であることを特徴とする排気弁。 17.請求項1乃至16の何れかに記載の排気弁において、弁ディスクの外径が 130mm乃至500mmの範囲内にあることを特徴とする排気弁。 18.内燃機関用、特に、2行程クロスヘッド用の排気弁の可動弁ディスクの上 面における環状の弁座領域であって、弁ディスクの基部材料と異なる合金で出来 ており、弁を閉じたとき、固定弁部材上の対応する弁座領域に当接する、環状の 弁座領域のデントマークを制限し又は防止する材料として、約20℃で少なくとも 1000MPaの降伏強度を有する、ニッケル系クロム含有合金を使用する方法。
