Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.固形物を含む液体サスペンションのための薄膜蒸発器に特に適した、蒸発 器用の液体ディストリビューターであって、液体を蒸発させる伝熱面(5) の上に設けられていて、蒸発器の側部に供給される液体(8)を前記伝熱面 の全幅にわたって分配するための、通路アレイ(3、4)を備えており、こ れら通路アレイは、水平方向の供給通路(3)と、下方に分かれていて前記 伝熱面に繋がっている複数の分配通路(4)とを含んでおり、前記各々の分 配通路(4)には、鋭利な先端(15)を介して前記供給通路の流れ(8、 11)に関して前記供給通路の下流側に接続される、段状の伸張部(14) が設けられており、これにより、前記分配通路に形成される液体の負圧を制 限するように構成されたことを特徴とする液体ディストリビューター。 2.請求項1の液体ディストリビューターにおいて、前記供給通路(3)は、 下方に向かって斜めに傾斜しており、前記分配通路(4)は、概ね垂直であ ることを特徴とする液体ディストリビューター。 3.請求項1又は2の液体ディストリビューターにおいて、前記供給通路(3 )と前記分配通路(4)との各分岐点(9)には、前記供給流れ(8、11 )の下流側に位置する丸い分割面(12)が設けられており、前記流れは、 前記分割面(12)の上で、前記供給通路と前記分配通路との間に分割され 、前記段状の伸張部(14)は、前記分割面の直ぐ下方に位置していること を特徴とする液体ディストリビューター。 4.請求項3の液体ディストリビューターにおいて、前記供給通路(3)と前 記分配通路(4)との各分岐点(9)は、前記供給流れの上流側の鋭利な先 端(13)と境界を接していることを特徴とする液体ディストリビューター 。 5.請求項1乃至4のいずれかの液体ディストリビューターにおいて、当該液 体ディストリビューターは、互いに対称的な2つの供給通路(3)を備えて おり、これら供給通路は、蒸発器の両側部から始まって該蒸発器の中心(7 )まで伸長しており、これにより、前記両方の供給通路は、前記蒸発器の それぞれの半部に液体を供給するように構成されたことを特徴とする液体 ディストリビューター。 6.請求項5の液体ディストリビューターにおいて、前記両方の供給通路(3 )は、前記蒸発器の側部から前記蒸発器の中心(7)に向かって、等しく傾 斜していることを特徴とする液体ディストリビューター。 7.請求項5の液体ディストリビューターにおいて、前記両方の供給通路(3 )は、それぞれの蒸発器の半部の中で2つに分岐しており、一方の分岐部( 18)は、前記蒸発器の中心(7)に向かって伸長し、また、第2の分岐部 (19)は、前記蒸発器の側部に向かって戻っており、前記伝熱面(5)に 繋がる前記分配通路(4)は、前記供給通路の前記両分岐部から分かれてい ることを特徴とする液体ディストリビューター。 8.請求項7の液体ディストリビューターにおいて、前記供給通路(3)の分 岐点(17)には、流れガイド(20)が設けられており、該流れガイド は、供給流れを前記供給通路の対称的な2つの分岐部(18、19)の間で 実質的に均等に分配するように構成されたことを特徴とする液体ディストリ ビューター。 9.請求項7又は8の液体ディストリビューターにおいて、前記供給通路(3 )は、その分岐点(17)までは、実質的に水平であり、一方、前記供給通 路の前記分岐部(18、19)は、下方に向かって斜めに傾斜していること を特徴とする液体ディストリビューター。 10.請求項1乃至9のいずれかの液体ディストリビューターにおいて、前記供 給通路(3)の上側部には、少なくとも1つの鋭利な先端(21)が設けら れていて、前記供給通路に生成される液体の負圧を制限するように構成され たことを特徴とする液体ディストリビューター。
