Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 内部に発熱体を有した加熱ローラと、該
加熱ローラに圧接するように配置され、未転写のトナー
が担持された用紙を前記加熱ローラとの間で狭持する加
圧ローラと、前記発熱体に接続したサーモスタットと、
該サーモスタットを前記加熱ローラに対して対面保持す
る樹脂製の支持部材とより成る加熱定着装置において、 前記支持部材に着脱自在に形成した金属製の固定具を備
え、前記支持部材に取り付けた固定具に前記サーモスタ
ットを取り付けたことを特徴とする加熱定着装置。
1. A heating roller having a heating element therein, and a pressure roller disposed so as to be in pressure contact with the heating roller and holding a sheet carrying untransferred toner between the heating roller and the heating roller. And a thermostat connected to the heating element;
A heat fixing device comprising a resin support member for holding the thermostat facing the heat roller, comprising: a metal fixture detachably formed on the support member; and a fixture attached to the support member. A heating and fixing device, wherein the thermostat is mounted on the fixing device.
