2. Description of the Related Art Dark stains on bathroom ceilings, tile joints, plastic walls, and triangle corners in kitchens are caused by pigments produced by molds, and cause the use of cleansers and surfactants. It is difficult to remove with formulated products. Chlorine bleach containing hypochlorite is marketed for mold removal and cleaning. However, due to the strong bleaching power, sufficient care must be taken when using it. There is a problem that it has a pungent odor and is painful when used in a small bathroom or the like.

[0003] On the other hand, there are known oxygen bleaching agents having a low pungent odor, as disclosed in JP-A-2-252800 and JP-A-3-97798. However, these oxygen-based bleaches require a bleach activator and hydrogen peroxide or a hydrogen peroxide-releasing substance to react under alkalinity, resulting in problems such as the package being in a packaged state, or in powder form. When used after being dissolved in water, there is a problem that the amount of the agent at one time is increased.
