2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, automatic dishwashers have been widely used in hotels, restaurants, catering companies, hospitals, company cafeterias, and the like to efficiently wash used dishes. Further, not only foods, but also various manufacturing factories, processing factories, etc., automatic washing machines are used to wash utensils, containers, plastic containers used for distribution, and the like. As these automatic washing machines, those using a system using a powder detergent have been conventionally known.

However, in the case of using the above-mentioned powder cleaning agent, the powder cleaning agent must be periodically supplied to the detergent injection device connected to the automatic cleaning machine. At this time, the powder of the cleaning agent is scattered. As a result, powder adheres to the skin of the worker or is sucked, which is a problem in hygiene management. Also,
The powder detergent is dissolved in water or hot water in the apparatus and injected into the washing tank as a liquid. However, there is a problem that it is difficult to uniformly dissolve the dissolved concentrations of the components of the powder detergent.

On the other hand, it has been proposed to use a liquid detergent instead of a powder detergent. However, the above liquid detergent is sanitary without the risk of scattering like powder, but has a problem that a relatively large amount of detergent is required because the ratio of the solvent is high and the ratio of the active ingredient is low. . For this reason, the exchange unit becomes heavy, and the exchange operation is not easy, and a large space is required for storing the exchange unit.
Further, since a thick polyethylene container generally used for storing a liquid detergent is flame-retardant and hardly decomposable, disposal thereof poses a problem.

Therefore, in recent years, the use of a solid detergent has been proposed, and some of them have been awarded prizes. According to this method,
Hygienically, there is an advantage that a high concentration of a cleaning agent can be supplied at a uniform concentration. And since a compact paper container can be used, handling is easy and a storage space is small. Also, the processing of the container is simple. These advantages are expected to increase demand for solid detergents.

The above-mentioned solid detergent is generally obtained by heating and melting a detergent composition containing a high-concentration detergent, and then cooling and solidifying the composition. Since there is a risk that a poor detergent component may be thermally decomposed and energy costs for heating are required, it is not necessary to perform heating and melting, or to lower the heating temperature as much as possible to efficiently solidify the detergent composition. It is an important issue. From such a viewpoint, a solid solid cast detergent composition (Japanese Patent Publication No. 59-4480) in which two kinds of solid components are cast in a granular state and then water is sprayed to bind the solid components together, Various types of detergent compositions have been proposed, such as a detergent composition (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-505280) which can solidify the whole without passing through a heating and melting step by mixing water.

However, none of these compositions completely eliminates the amount of water, and all of them involve adding a certain amount of water or adding specific components in the form of a solution. Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to spread water throughout the composition and a problem that the ratio of water to other components is delicate and the preparation of the composition is difficult.

On the other hand, the present applicant has developed a completely new detergent composition in which the whole composition is composed of solid particles and which solidifies spontaneously without heating and without pressurizing without adding any water. issue). However, since it takes a relatively long time for this detergent composition to solidify spontaneously, it has been found that it is an important issue to increase the solidification rate and increase the productivity.

These solidifying modifiers have a function of improving the fluidity of the powdery granule composition, but in the present invention, they have a function of accelerating the solidification, which is the exact opposite of the function. This is a major feature of the present invention. That is, in the present invention, when the above-mentioned solidification controlling agent is added, the fluidity of the whole composition is increased when the whole composition is mixed, so that the mixing efficiency is greatly increased (first action). Then, the solidification modifier is dispersed in the gaps of the granular composition and plays a role of bridging water dissociated from hydrates to the entire composition (second action). It is considered that the solidification controlling agent functions to promote solidification by these two actions.

The cleaning composition of the present invention can be obtained by appropriately mixing these components. However, each component must be prepared as powdery solid particles. That is, in the present invention, the solid particles are naturally solidified into a predetermined shape by binding the solid particles to each other by the moisture contained in the hydrate described later, and no water or aqueous solution is blended at all. And, as described above, the mixing efficiency of the detergent composition can be greatly increased by the incorporation of the solidification modifier, and the solidification modifier is dispersed in the gaps of the detergent composition and dissociated from the hydrate. The solidified water is bridged to the whole composition, so that the solidification is completed quickly in a short time. This is a major feature of the present invention.

In the present invention, in order to promote the natural solidification by the hydrate, the solidification modifier must be contained in an amount of 0.1 to 5.0% based on the whole composition. It is particularly preferable to use 0.1 to 3.0%, particularly preferably 0.3 to 1.0%. That is, if the solidification modifier is less than 0.1%, an effective solidification time shortening effect cannot be obtained, and if it is more than 5.0%,
While further effects cannot be obtained, problems such as turbidity of the cleaning solution and adhesion to the object to be cleaned may occur,
This is because, from the balance with other cleaning composition components, it is preferable that the amount is smaller.

When a liquid component (non-aqueous) such as the surfactant is mixed in the cleaning composition of the present invention, it is preferable to set the mixing ratio to 10% or less. The cleaning composition thus obtained is
Hydrate is used for part or all of the cleaning agent,
Moreover, since the solidification modifier is contained, the water contained in the hydrate quickly spreads throughout the composition during the stirring and mixing of the composition, and dissociates from the crystal structure incorporating the composition to the outside. And wet each particle immediately. For this reason, the wet particles bind to each other, and eventually the whole is naturally solidified. The natural setting time depends on the total amount of the composition. For example, 100 g of the composition completely solidifies in at most 16 hours, usually 1 to 5 hours.
Therefore, conventionally, in order to obtain a solid detergent, it is necessary to liquefy the whole by heating and melting, cast and then solidify by cooling, or to add a certain amount of water or aqueous solution to the granular composition. However, according to the cleaning composition of the present invention,
These operations become unnecessary, and the desired solid cleaning agent can be obtained simply and promptly simply by stirring and mixing the powder and granular composition, filling the mixture in a predetermined mold (container), and allowing the mixture to stand. Therefore, the manufacturing cost can be kept low. Further, since heating is not required, a solid detergent having excellent detergency can be provided without impairing the performance of components having poor thermal stability. Further, since no water is added to the composition, a high-performance component which is not easily used in the past and is easily hydrolyzed can be used, and the detergency can be further improved. Moreover, the solid detergent thus obtained is not pressurized, and the solid particles are merely bonded to each other's surfaces, so that subtle voids remain between the particles, It becomes a solid detergent with a low specific gravity. By the way, the solid detergent obtained by using the detergent composition of the present invention has a specific gravity of 0.9 to 1.
4 is lighter than the conventional one (specific gravity 1.5 to 2). Therefore, when the solid detergent is loaded into an automatic dishwasher or the like and dissolved in water or hot water for use, there is an advantage that the solid detergent is more easily dissolved and easier to use than conventional ones.

It turns out that it is suitable to use it within 0.1% or more, especially in the range of 1.0 to 3.0%. It can also be seen that the same effect can be obtained by combining two or more types of solidification modifiers. The product of Comparative Example 8 has the same effect of shortening the solidification time as the products of the other examples, but has a poor dissolving performance of the solidification regulator, and the remaining portion which is not dissolved in water adheres to tableware. May occur. Further, since the solidification modifier does not exert an effect on the detergency as compared with other detergent compositions, it is not practically preferable to add it excessively.

As described above, in the detergent composition of the present invention, a hydrate is used for a part or all of the detergent and a specific solidification regulator is contained.
The water contained in the hydrate rapidly wets the respective particles, and the whole is rapidly solidified spontaneously under no heating and no pressure. Therefore, conventionally, in order to obtain a solid detergent, it is necessary to liquefy the whole by heating and melting, cast and then solidify by cooling, or to add a certain amount of water or aqueous solution to the granular composition. However, according to the detergent composition of the present invention, these operations are not required, and the powder composition is simply stirred and mixed, then filled in a predetermined mold (container), and left alone. And the desired solid detergent can be obtained quickly. Therefore, the manufacturing cost can be kept low. Further, since heating is not required, a solid detergent excellent in detergency can be provided without impairing the performance of components having poor thermal stability. Therefore, it has the advantage of being more easily dissolved and easier to use than conventional solid detergents. In particular, the advantage is great in a supply method in which water is injected and dissolved.
