Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate need of forming a tab portion by causing an outward flange corner to serve as a tab for peeling a film lid and to reduce a material and secure transparency by forming the lid of a film of a different material from that of a container body. SOLUTION: The fermented soybeans container includes a container body 1 with a rectangular outward flange 3 attached to an upper end of a peripheral wall 2 and a film lid 10 peelably joined with an upper end surface of the container body. A corner of the outward flange 3 is made to be a removing plate portion 5 by boring a break line on the corner, while the plate portion is folded upward and pulled inward thereby forming the film lid 10 to be capable of being peeled from the container body 1. Further, a plurality of protrusions 6 in parallel to the break line are formed on a lower surface of the plate portion 5.

Description of the Related Art As a natto container, there is known a natto container having a container body provided with an outward flange at the upper end of a peripheral wall, and a lid having a lid plate capable of opening and closing the upper end surface of the container body connected to the outward flange.

Since the lid of the conventional natto container is made of the same material as the container body, an alternative material has been demanded from the viewpoint of saving material.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the outward flange corner portion functions as a knob when peeling off the film lid, so that the formation of the knob portion is unnecessary and the lid is connected to the container body. Can be made of films of different materials to save material.

The second aspect of the present invention has the problem to be solved by the first aspect of the present invention, and furthermore, the removal plate portion is easily gripped by forming a projection on the lower surface of the removal plate portion.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A natto container according to the present invention will be described below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings. Numeral 1 is a container body, which is provided with a rectangular outward flange 3 protruding from the upper end of a rectangular peripheral wall 2, and a break line 4 is formed at each of the four corners of the outward flange to form a corner thereof. The triangular removal plate portion 5 is formed so as to be removable from the outward flange 3 by bending the removal plate portion upward. Preferably, a plurality of ridges 6 parallel to the breaking line 4 are formed on the lower surface of the removing plate portion 5 as described in claim 2.

Reference numeral 10 denotes a film lid, which is detachably joined to the upper end surface of the container body 1. A plastic film is preferably used as the film lid, and a thermal welding is preferably used as the joining means. Thus, the plastic film is welded to the container body 1 to enable the film to be separated from the container body.

Next, the operation of the present embodiment will be described.
To remove natto from the container body 1, any one of the four removing plate portions 5 may be bent upward and pulled inward, and the removing plate portion 5 is separated from the outward flange 3. Then, the film lid 10 is separated from the container body 1.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the film lid is peeled from the container body by forming the outward flange corner portion as a removing plate portion, and bending the removing plate portion upward and pulling inward. Since it is formed so that it can function as a knob when peeling the film lid at the outward flange corner, there is no need to separately form a knob. In addition, since a plurality of removal plate portions are formed, the removal of the film lid is easier than when only one knob is provided. Further, since the lid is formed of a film made of a material different from that of the container body, the material can be saved. According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the projection is formed on the lower surface of the removing plate portion, hand slippage is prevented despite the use of a film that cannot be provided with a slip prevention function, and the removal plate portion can be gripped. Claims (2)

[Claims] 1. A container body 1 having a rectangular outward flange 3 attached to the upper end of a peripheral wall 2; and a film lid 10 releasably joined to the upper end surface of the container body. The film lid 10 can be peeled from the container body 1 by forming a corner portion thereof as a removal plate portion 5 by forming a break line 4 in the portion and bending the removal plate portion upward and inward. A natto container characterized by being formed. 2. A natto container according to claim 1, wherein a projection 6 for preventing slippage is formed on the lower surface of said removing plate portion 5.
