Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate such an inconvenience that holes made in sheets which are removed from a file are deviated from each other and enable the sheets to be easily inserted into the original hole positions by providing a clamping member which clamps the sheets extracted from a flexible band using a pressing plate, together with the pressing plate, in a freely movable manner, in a file binder which presses a bundle of sheets with the help of the pressing plate and fits a flexible element under pressure to the pressing plate using a slider. SOLUTION: A bundle of sheets 6 are pressed by inserting a pressing plate 1 from the upper end of a flexible band 5 and at the same time, the flexible band 5 jutting out of the pressing plate 1 is fitted to the surface of the pressing plate 1 under pressure by means of a slider.
