It is pref. that the org. coating film I further contains 20 wt.% or more of a polyether sulfone resin and the steel panel has one of or both of a chemical forming treatment layer and a plating layer containing 80 wt.% or more of zinc.

剥離しないように加工性のある高分子化した樹脂が被覆
層に使用されている。

溶性アクリル樹脂被覆、水溶性エポキシ樹脂被覆、ウレ
タン樹脂被覆、各樹脂のハイブリッド被覆処理、及び複
合酸化皮膜処理等を単独もしくは組み合わせた化成処理
を行うとよい。なお、選択する各処理の条件は特に限定
しない。

を良好と判断した。
