Although the foam sheet is made of synthetic resin and has flexibility, it is folded and folded like paper or cloth by the thickness and elasticity of the closed cell.
There is a drawback that the product can be deployed immediately by itself even if the article is wrapped. In addition, the conventional bubble sheet is a synthetic resin product, and thus tends to generate static electricity. Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to use it for packaging electronic devices that are sensitive to static electricity such as a computer.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a cell, comprising using a bubble sheet formed by forming a large number of closed cells with gas sealing on a synthetic resin film, and a cover sheet. The cover sheet is superimposed on one side and / or both sides of the sheet, and a continuous needle hole is formed in a dotted line so as to penetrate the bubble sheet and the cover sheet and cross the closed cell of the bubble sheet. The present invention provides a foam sheet material in which the two are sewn together through a thread to form a folded suture line.

When the bubble sheet and the cover sheet are overlapped to form a needle hole, the closed-cell body having the needle hole leaks out of gas and is crushed. Then, if a folded suture line is formed by passing a thread through the needle hole, the closed cell is crushed and squeezed thinly at that portion, so that there is no so-called "hip", it is possible to bend freely and return to the deployed state. No reaction force occurs. In addition, since the bubble sheet itself is made of a thin synthetic resin film, if a needle hole is continuously pierced in a dotted line, it becomes a perforated line and is easily broken, but if the bubble sheet and the cover sheet are joined together, Such a decrease in strength can be compensated for by the cover sheet.

[0007] In addition, since the bubble sheet plays a role of a core material exclusively and the cover sheet is in contact with the article, if the cover sheet is made of a material such as cotton that does not easily generate static electricity, it can be used as a packing material for electronic devices and the like that are susceptible to static electricity. Can be used with confidence.

The cover sheet 3 and the bubble sheet 2 are integrated as follows. That is, first, as shown in FIG.
3 and cover sheet 3 as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG.
A needle hole 5 is formed through the cover sheets 3 and 3 and the bubble sheet 2 through the needle 4 from outside the needle hole 5 and the needle hole 5 is formed in a dotted line in a direction perpendicular to the paper surface and across the closed cell body 2a. The thread 6 is inserted into the needle hole 5 as shown in FIG.
To form a folded suture line 7. As described above, although the closed air bubbles 2a are provided in the air bubble sheet 2, the closed air bubbles 2a having the needle holes 5 are naturally crushed due to the escape of gas as shown in FIG. Is narrowed down to bend freely. Further, since the bubble sheet 2 is sewn to the cover sheets 3, 3, there is no possibility of displacement.

The operation of opening the needle hole 5 in the cover sheet 3 and the bubble sheet 2 and the operation of passing the thread 6 through the needle hole 5 may be simultaneously performed by passing the thread 6 through the needle 4 in the same manner as performing ordinary sewing. Existing household or industrial sewing machines can also be used. As is well known, the sewing machine has a ski plate-shaped "hold" so that the sewing proceeds while holding the fabric. Therefore, the foam sheet 2 and the sewing machine having the thick and resilient closed cell 2a are provided. It seems incompatible, that is, the bubble sheet 2 cannot be stitched. However, in practice, the closed foam 2a is instantly crushed with the needle 4 of the sewing machine and slides under the "hold", so that the cover sheets 3, 3 and the foam sheet 2 are sewn in the same manner as sewing ordinary cloth. Can be sewn by sewing.

The bubble sheet material 1A of the first embodiment is used as a cushioning material for packing an article X as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, a specific manufacturing method of the present foam sheet material 1A is as follows. First, the cover sheet 3 is folded in two, and the peripheries are sewn to form a bag with an open mouth. Put bubble sheet 2 inside. Next, as described above, a needle hole 5 penetrating the cover sheet 3 and the bubble sheet 2 through the needle 4 from the outside of the cover sheet 3 is continuously formed in a dotted line, and a thread 6 is passed through the needle hole 5 as shown in FIG. A bent suture line 7 is formed. As described above, the closed-cell body 2a of the bubble sheet 2 is crushed by the needle hole 5, and the bent suture line 7 is thinly narrowed.

Since the bubble sheet material 1A can be freely bent at the folding seam 7, it can easily follow the shape of the article X as shown in FIG. Work such as tying X with a string while wrapping it with the bubble sheet material 1 can be performed efficiently. In addition, since the bubble sheet material 1A can be folded at the folding suture line 7, it is easy to compactly store and return the article X in an empty container after taking out the article X. As a result, the bubble sheet material 1A Can be used repeatedly. By the way,
The conventional bubble sheet is unfolded as it is even if it is packed as described above, so an adhesive tape is used to hold it down. However, since the bubble sheet breaks when the adhesive tape is peeled off, it is often disposable.

Further, when a material such as cotton that is unlikely to generate static electricity is selected as the material of the cover sheet 3, an excellent effect is obtained in packing electronic devices such as computers and the like which are susceptible to static electricity. In the past, so-called quilting in which a cotton cover was filled with cotton and sewn was used to pack the electronic device. However, the bubble sheet material 1A of the present invention is compared with quilting of the same thickness.
There is an advantage that it is excellent in cushioning property, light weight, heat insulating property and inexpensive.
