Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven elevator device allowing a lighting fixture requiring maintenance to solely be elevated and lowered upon sensing the lighted condition of a discharge lamp by a lighting circuit. SOLUTION: The arrangement according to the present invention comprises a discharge lamp 2 elevated and lowered by a motor-driven elevation device 3 installed on the stationary side, a lighting fixture consisting of a shade and socket, a discharge lamp lighting device 1 capable of sensing the current or voltage on the secondary side, and a control device 4 for controlling the lighting device 1 and a motor drive unit for elevating and lowering. The lighted condition is sensed by a lighting circuit when the elevation device 3 is to be operated, which enables the lighting fixture requiring maintenance to solely be lowered, and even in the case a plurality of elevation devices are operated, the lighting fixture requiring maintenance is solely elevated and lowered, so that the working easiness and safety can be enhanced.

2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional elevating lighting device, a discharge lamp lighting device and an elevating device are physically and functionally separated from each other. The work was complicated because it was necessary to perform it. For this reason, the discharge lamp may be lowered while the discharge lamp is in a lighting state, and a spark is generated between the contact point of the lamp and the contact point of the fixed part when the lamp is moved up and down when the lamp is moved up and down, and these contact points are damaged. There was a problem.

The operation of the above embodiment will be described.
When lowering the lamp on the ceiling during maintenance such as replacement of the discharge lamp, when the elevating switch 8 is switched to the lowering command,
When the discharge lamp 2 is not loaded, not lit, or abnormally lit, the discharge lamp state detection circuit 1-7 detects the discharge lamp 2 and the control circuit 1-6 discriminates the chopper switch element of the step-down circuit 1-3. The power supply to the discharge lamp 2 is cut off by turning it off. Then, the control unit 4 receives a signal from the control circuit 1-6.
And the motor M automatically operates to lower the lamp 9. At this time, since the current after the high voltage circuit is cut off, only a small amount of current for operating the electronic circuit flows, and the contacts 6 and 7 are protected. Further, the control circuit 1-6 resets the discharge lamp state circuit 1-7 and the cutoff signal of energization to the discharge lamp by the contact / separation of the contacts 6 and 7, and restores the initial state when the lamp is restored after maintenance is completed. And a configuration that can be used.

Similarly, when the discharge lamp 2 is normally lit when the up / down switch 8 is switched to the down command, the discharge lamp state detection circuit 1-7 detects the discharge lamp 2 and the control circuit 1-6 determines. Then, the power supply to the discharge lamp 2 is maintained by the step-down circuit 1-3. Then, the control device 4 instructs the lift permission contact 5 to be kept open by a signal from the control circuit 1-6, and does not operate the motor M. Therefore, the position of the lamp 9 can be maintained without lowering, and the lighting state can be maintained.

Due to such an operation, when the elevating switch 8 is switched to the descent command, only the lamp 9 in the no-load, non-lighting, or abnormally-lighting state requiring maintenance is lowered after the power supply to the lamp is cut off. The normally lit lamp 9 which does not require maintenance is not lowered while maintaining the lighting.

The stable operation of the discharge lamp is controlled by the control circuit 1-6.
This is performed by controlling the booster circuit 1-3 and the step-down circuit 1-4. In this case, the weight and size of the lighting device can be reduced because the control circuit is also used for control of discharge lamp detection and control of stable lighting.

The basic operation of this embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment, but the feature of this embodiment is that the discharge lamp lighting device 1 includes a return switch 1-8 and a capacitor 1-9. When the lamp 9 is lowered for maintenance, electric charges may be held in the capacitor 1-9, and when the lamp is raised after maintenance is completed, there is a possibility that a spark is generated between the contacts 6 and 7. For this reason, after maintenance is completed by the return switch 1-8, the open state is maintained until the contacts 6 and 7 are securely contacted, and after the lamp 9 is securely returned to the home position, the lamp is returned by the lamp position detection switch or the like. Is detected,
The spark between the contacts 6 and 7 is prevented by turning on the return switch for the first time.

When the operation controller 12 switches to the descending command, if each of the discharge lamps 2 is in no load, not lit, or abnormally lit, it is determined by the discharge lamp state detection circuit 1-7, The control circuit 1-6 cuts off the power to the discharge lamp 2,
Each control device 4 operates the motor M of the electric lifting device 3 to lower its lamp.

Due to such an operation, when the plurality of control operation devices 12 are switched to the descending command, only the lamps in the no-load, non-lighting, and abnormally lighting state requiring maintenance cut off the power supply to the lamps. Lamps that fall down later and are normally lit are not lowered while maintaining lighting. Therefore, only the lamps requiring maintenance are lowered without turning off all the work areas.
