Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attendance tool having a structure suitable for relaxing the contacture of a person contractured at a knee joint. SOLUTION: A pair of supporting stands 1a and 1b capable of stably supporting left and right knee joint parts from rear sides are respectively linked to a linking member 2 having a structure capable of fixing the supporting stands 1a and 1b at an interval, the upper surfaces of the supporting stands 1a and 1b are saddle-shaped appropriately for holding contractured knee back sides and the respective supporting stands are provided with fixing means 3 for fixing the supporting stands on the legs. In this case, a pair of edge parts 4a and 4b positioned while sandwiching the knee joint part from left and right sides are respectively arranged on the supporting stands 1a and 1b, a strut 5 for attachment is disposed on the lower surface of each supporting stand, and it is preferable that this structure 5 for attachment can be attached to linking parts 6a and 6b arranged at both the ends of the linking member 2 practically composed of laterally U-shaped pipe bodies.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a nursing care device used for relieving contracture of a person having a contracted knee joint, and more particularly, to the back of left and right knee joints contracted. The sides are fixed on a support stand that is positioned at a fixed interval, so that the knee joint is slightly extended in the case of a bent knee joint, and slightly bent in the case of an extended knee joint. The present invention relates to a nursing care tool having a structure capable of relieving contracture and reducing the burden of diaper changing and repositioning for a cared person and a caring person.

2. Description of the Related Art If the legs below the knees are strongly contracted and the muscles are weakened, the legs are bent and the knees are attached to the inside, one leg is abducted, and the leg is not extended and stretched. To change the diaper or change the posture in such a state, a heavy burden is imposed on both the caregiver and the caregiver. So, until now,
As a nursing care tool used to relieve the contracture of the knee joint, for example, air is injected into the inside of a vinyl cylindrical body so that it can be extended one leg at a time, or it is made of cloth for therapeutic purposes. A material in which a core material is inserted and which covers a portion from an ankle to a hip joint has been proposed.

[0003] However, in the case of such a conventional product, the former is not suitable for mounting on a bent knee joint, and the latter requires much labor to mount, and the fitting at the time of mounting is not good. However, there is a problem in that there is not much practicality in the field, for example, it is not suitable for continuing to be worn for 24 hours because the original state is obtained when it is removed. In addition, in such a product, since an excessive force is applied to the knee joint part, it gives pain to the cared person both at the time of wearing and after wearing. There is also a problem that a heavy load is applied to the feet, waist, wrists and arms. In addition, cushions and cushions have been put under the knees or sandwiched between the knees, but in this case too much labor is required when changing diapers.
In this way, to date, no significant burden has been placed on diaper changing or repositioning for both the caregiver and the caregiver.
At present, no nursing care device suitable for alleviating contracture of the knee joint has been proposed.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in order to solve the problems of such conventional products, and it is necessary to extend the knee joint in a bent state even if it is slightly extended. An object of the present invention is to provide a nursing care device that can bend slightly, or open a knee and a stuck knee to easily change diapers and change positions, and gently fit the skin to wrap the knee joint. Thus, the present inventors
As a result of intensive studies, a pair of left and right supports having upper surfaces adapted to the contracted state of the knee joint of the patient were positioned at an interval such that the knee joint was not too hard, and the knee was placed on this support. By fixing the peripheral part of the joint, contracture of the patient's knee joint can be moderately moderated, and both knees are supported by the support from below and the distance between both knees is kept constant, so care is taken The present invention was completed by finding that diaper changing and postural change can be easily performed without imposing a great burden on both the person and the caregiver.

The nursing care device of the present invention can be quickly attached to the knee joint of a person whose knee joint is contracted by the fixing belt, and the wearing operation does not take much time. In addition, it is confirmed that after wearing, the pressure on the foot is light, so the feeling of wearing is good, the contracture of the knee joint can be moderately moderated, and the burden at the time of changing diapers and repositioning can be significantly reduced. Was. In addition, the nursing care device of the present invention is worn directly on the skin for 24 hours, or directly on clothing such as pajamas, so that it is safe, sanitary, fits on the foot, and those made of plastic are particularly lightweight, There is also an advantage that it can be manufactured at low cost.

Further, in the nursing care device of the present invention, a dark image can be changed by changing the color of the support base to pastel color or the like, or by drawing a pattern on the surface of the support base to form the pattern. By providing the holes, it is also possible to prevent the feet from getting stuffy when worn. Further, in the present invention, the connecting member and the support table have a detachable structure, and the angle of the support table surface (curvature) differs depending on the degree of contraction of the knee joint of the patient and the thickness of the foot, and the width and width of the support table. By changing to a larger support, it can be suitable for diaper changing and postural change. The nursing care device of the present invention can be easily used by anyone 24 hours a day, and can be used for home care or institutional care. It is a product that can be more than enough for a type of bed group.
