However, in the case of the conventional hanging shelf scaffold, as shown in FIG. 10, the installation of the vertical pipe 33 is incomplete unless the diagonal beams 32 are used. In addition to requiring human labor, the oblique beam 32 protrudes into a scaffold serving as a work area passage, and trips or gets stuck, which is dangerous. In addition, the side wall of the hanging shelf scaffold is appropriately covered with a sheet or the like, so that no measures have been taken, such as not being beautiful in appearance and having no effect of preventing noise. In addition, the hanging shelf scaffold requires a main beam, a cross beam, a shelf board and an engaging member for engaging the same, which is troublesome, and a 2 m or 4 m shelf board is laid in the longitudinal direction of the scaffold. There were vacancies in the department. The present invention
It has been made to solve the above problems, and in the method of installing a hanging shelf scaffold, over the scaffold and the protective side wall,
A very simple and danger-free assembly workplace can be constructed as a whole, and environmental protection in the workplace, especially soundproofing,
It can provide a fall prevention effect, an aesthetic appearance, an advertising effect, and the like.

Next, a method for constructing a hanging shelf scaffold according to the present invention will be described. 7 is an explanatory view for explaining a mounting state of a hanging shelf scaffold, FIG. 8 is a sectional view showing an engagement state between a main beam and a shelf plate in another embodiment, and FIG. 9 is a sectional view showing a honeycomb structure. It is. 2 is a main beam, 3 is a shelf plate forming a scaffold, 21
Is a concave portion, 22 is a locking portion, 27 is a suspension protrusion, and 28 is a holding member for connecting components. As shown in FIG. 7, the shelf 3 is engaged between the pair of main beams 2, 2 suspended by a chain. As shown in FIGS. 7B to 7E, the main beam 2 is integrally formed with a T-shaped suspension projection 27 at an upper section. Further, the suspension chain 1 is used to suspend the suspension projection 1 via a component coupling clamping member 28 which can be clamped by the suspension projection 27. After being held in engagement with the suspension projection 27, the component coupling holding member 28 is hung by a crane or the like via a commonly used coupling tool. Further, in the present invention,
Instead of passing a cross beam called a roll between these main beams,
The shelf 3 is placed over the suspended main beam 2,
The end of the shelf 3 is fitted into a recess formed by the T-shaped suspension projection 27 and fixed with a bolt 30. As a result, there is no gap in the hanging shelf scaffolding, and a scaffold is formed by the cross beam and the shelf, and the long sides of the shelf are sequentially engaged to form a hanging shelf scaffold as in the conventional case. It does not protrude. In addition, in the conventional hanging shelf scaffold, when a part of the shelf is taken, the engagement relationship with other shelves is broken, and an unnecessary part is removed, or the cross beam is exposed even after the removal,
There is a problem that work is difficult. On the other hand, in the hanging shelf scaffold of the present invention, it is possible to remove a part of the shelf if necessary, whereby a complete space is opened in the scaffold and work becomes easier. In addition, if the main beam is used, since the suspension projections are continuous in the longitudinal direction, any position of the main beam can be clamped by the clamping member in the hanging shelf scaffolding assembly work, and the assembling work can be performed. Becomes extremely simple. According to this method, it can be formed only by extruding a T-shaped projection on the main beam, and does not require any special processing such as welding.
It has a simple configuration. As a shelf locking mechanism for another hanging shelf scaffold, as shown in FIG. 8, a locking portion 22 for engaging with the concave portion 21 of the main beam 29 is provided on the shelf 35, and the locking portion 22 is connected to the main beam. 29, the shelf board 35
May be defined and held between the main beams 29, 29. Therefore, when assembling the shelf, the scaffold can be quickly formed by a simple operation by engaging the engaging portion 22 of the shelf 35 with the main beam 29 suspended by the suspension chain. Further, FIG.
As shown in (a), a reinforcing member 2 made of a honeycomb structure formed of paper, plastic, or the like is provided inside a shelf plate 36.
3 is inserted. Although the effect provided by the honeycomb structure is a well-known matter, the shock applied to the shelf can be eliminated by dispersing the shock inside the honeycomb structure. Therefore, by inserting the reinforcing member of the honeycomb structure into the shelf, a strong shelf can be obtained, and the plate itself can be formed thinner and lighter than before.

【0013】同様に、図9(b)に示す如く、主梁37

[0013] Similarly, as shown in FIG.
If the reinforcing member 23 of the honeycomb structure is fitted into the inside of
The main beam 37 can also be reinforced, and a thin, lightweight and strong main beam can be obtained. Therefore, by inserting the honeycomb structure, the strength of the members can be increased, sufficient strength can be maintained even without the cross beam conventionally required, and the assembly work is extremely simple because the weight can be reduced. Can be done.

As described above, the present invention does not require a cross beam which has been used in the prior art, and makes it possible to assemble a hanging shelf scaffold extremely efficiently and easily. The hanging shelf scaffold can be reliably formed, and a part of the shelves can be removed to form a necessary space. In addition, the replacement member can provide any effects such as noise reduction in the workplace, aesthetic appearance, advertising effects, etc., a very simple configuration, a stable finish can be obtained by anyone, and conditions such as strong winds. The change allows quick response such as replacement of a replacement member. Further, by providing the self-supporting locking member, it is possible to easily prevent the danger of the work place, enlarge the work space, and the like. In addition, since the frame for the suspended scaffolding protective side wall can be extended in the longitudinal direction or the short side direction, the length of the frame at the end can be adjusted, and there is no gap in the protective side wall, and there is a danger of falling. It can also be prevented. Furthermore, by forming a T-shaped suspension projection on the main beam and providing a holding member for component connection, the main beam can be suspended at an arbitrary position on the main beam, and the shelf can be fitted to the suspension projection. By joining, the shelf can be securely held, and the assembling work of the hanging shelf scaffold can be performed very simply and reliably.
