2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as an example of a coil device in which a lead-out portion of a lead wire is provided with a sealing measure, Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 5-11 / 1999
No. 410 is known. In this case, as shown in FIG. 12, a cylindrical connecting portion 3 is protruded from a synthetic resin exterior body 2 in which a coil 1 is housed, and the surface of the connecting portion 3 is connected to the coil 1. The male terminal 4 is made to protrude, and the female terminal 6 provided at the terminal of the lead wire 5 is fitted to and connected to the male terminal 4.
In order to seal the drawn-out portion, the connecting portion 3 and the lead wire 5 are covered with a heat-shrinkable tube 7 having an adhesive effect.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The one sealed with is effective as long as it is easily waterproofed, for example, when used in an atmosphere where there is a possibility of dew condensation. However, there is a problem when immersed in water or oil. That is, since the elasticity of the heat-shrinkable tube 7 is impaired when the heat-shrinkable tube 7 is shrunk for sealing, if the lead wire 5 is shaken due to, for example, the routing of the lead wire 5, a gap is formed between the heat-shrinkable tube 7 and the tube 7. It is difficult to achieve a perfect sealing effect, especially when the film is immersed in a liquid as described above. The present invention has been completed on the basis of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to ensure the sealing performance of a lead wire lead-out portion.

<Operation and Effect of the Invention><Invention of Claim 1> By using the rubber stopper, not only the lead wire but also the relatively hard connection portion can be well adhered and sealed. Further, since the periphery of the rubber plug is covered with a cover having high rigidity, the rubber plug is stably held even if the lead wire sways, and a reliable seal can be expected. <Invention of Claim 2> The cover itself is stably held because the insertion piece of the cover is inserted into the connection portion.

<Invention of Claim 3> For example, in the case where the connection terminal protrudes from the connection portion by insert molding, if the connection terminal does not protrude from the formation region of the connection portion and stays in the region, the connection is made. Die can be cut without bringing a parting line around the periphery of the part. Therefore, the outer periphery of the connection portion can be reliably formed on a smooth surface, and the rubber plug has excellent adhesion. <Invention of Claim 4> When the connection terminal is cylindrical, the mold structure can be simplified in preventing resin leakage into the connection terminal.

A cover 41 for covering the outer periphery of the rubber stopper 35
Is provided. The cover 41 is formed by pressing a rigid metal plate. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, the rubber stopper 35 is formed in a substantially rectangular tube shape that can cover the entire height. A pair of first caulking pieces 42 project from both short sides of the lower edge of the cover 41, and a second caulking piece 43 projects from one long side. The lower edge of the long side on the opposite side is connected to the connection portion 14 described above.
Is an insertion edge 44 that can be inserted into the insertion groove 21. On the upper edge side of the cover 41, a pair of pressing pieces 45 are formed by being bent inward at a right angle in advance at the center in the width direction of both long sides.

This embodiment has a structure as described above,
Next, an example of an assembling procedure will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 8, the rubber stopper 35 is accommodated in the cover 41, and the two lead wires 30 are inserted into the corresponding insertion holes 39 of the rubber stopper 35 from above. Then, the tip of the lead wire 30 is peeled, and the core wire 31 is exposed. Next, the core wire 31 of the lead wire 30 is inserted into the upper end of the cylindrical portion 26 of the connection terminal 25, and the connection terminal 25 is crimped to the core wire 31 by caulking the upper end side of the cylindrical portion 26 as shown in FIG. Connected. At this time, since the cylindrical portion 26 is vertically divided by the groove 28, the caulking force is prevented from reaching the lower end side of the cylindrical portion 26, and the fitting protrusion 23 is prevented from being cracked.

At this time, the lower end of the rubber plug 35 housed in the cover 41 is fitted to the outside of the fitting projection 23. In addition, the second caulking piece 43 is in a state of hanging down outside the second caulking surface 19 as shown by a solid line in the figure, and the pair of first caulking pieces 42 are, as shown by a chain line in FIG. The first caulking surface 18 hangs outside.

As described above, according to the present embodiment,
Since the rubber stopper 35 is used as the sealing member, the sealing member can be in good contact with the fitting projection 23 made of a relatively hard resin as well as around the lead wire 30 to obtain high sealing properties. A highly rigid cover 4 is provided around the rubber stopper 35.
1, the rubber plug 35 is stably held even if the lead wire 30 deflects, and the wall thickness of the rubber plug 35 is reduced by being covered with the rigid cover 41. Even if it is thin, the crushing allowance of the lip can be made large, so that the rubber stopper 35 can be kept small. Furthermore, since the cover 41 is attached by inserting the insertion edge 44 into the insertion groove 21, the holding force of the cover 41 itself is also excellent.

The connection terminal 25 has a cylindrical portion protruding from the fitting protrusion 23 and crimping the lead wire 30, and is provided in a state where the connection terminal 25 remains within the surface area of the fitting protrusion 23. For example, the portion for crimping the lead wire 30 is formed in an open barrel shape,
If it protrudes outside from the peripheral edge of the connection portion 25, it is difficult to remove the die when the connection portion 14 is formed using the connection terminal 25 as an insert. In this respect, in this embodiment, as described above, since the crimped portion of the connection terminal 25 is the cylindrical portion 26 and remains in the surface area of the fitting protrusion 23, the outer periphery of the fitting protrusion 23 Die cutting without bringing a parting line. Therefore, the outer periphery of the fitting projection 23 can be reliably formed on a smooth surface, and the rubber plug 35 has excellent adhesion. In addition, since the connection terminal 25 has a cylindrical shape, the mold structure can be simplified in preventing resin leakage into the connection terminal 25.

(2) The assembling procedure is not limited to the above example. For example, before a connector or the like is attached to the other end of the lead wire, the lead wire is crimped to the connection terminal, and then the connection terminal is connected. The other end of the lead wire may be attached to the connection portion through a cover and a rubber plug. Instead of storing the rubber plug in the cover in advance, the rubber plug may be fitted first, and then the cover may be fitted again. (3) The present invention can be widely applied to all coil devices in which sealing means is provided at a lead wire lead-out portion.
