【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は、内部に収容される部品に対する防水

としては、例えば車輌用の各種電気部品を収容す
るボツクス類が挙げられる。これをヒユーズ用ボ

７図に第６図のＢ−Ｂ縦断面図で示したようなも
のがある。すなわち、図においてヒユーズ用ボツ
クスA′は、ボツクス本体（以下単に本体ともい
う）１とカバー２′とから成り、本体１は上壁１
ａに複数のヒユーズ挿着部３を設け、側壁１ｂに
ロツク突起４及びフランジ部５を設けた構成を有
している。

れている。したがつて第９図に示すように、ロツ
ク突起４に対するロツクアーム１０のロツクが完
全に行なわれた状態においては、カバー２′の段
部２ｂと本体上壁１ａとの間に前記のクリアラン
スｄに相当する隙間d1が生ずる。このため従来の
防水ボツクスA′においては、カバー２′の上方か
ら水を冠つた場合の防水効果は得られるものの、
本体側壁１ｂの側から水を冠つた場合は、側壁１
ｂとカバー２′の下部周壁２ｃとの隙間d2及び上
記隙間d1からなる嵌合隙間を通つて矢線イ方向に
水が侵入し、完全な防水効果が得られないという
問題点があつた。

バー２の裏面図で示したように段部２ｂの全周に
わたり垂設した点にある。この可撓壁１１はカバ
ー２をプラスチツク材料を用いて一体成型する場
合、肉薄に形成することにより弾性及び可撓性を
付与することができる。又、可撓壁１１の垂設長
ｌは前述のように本体１にカバー２を冠着し、ロ
ツクアーム１０に本体１に設けたロツク突起４を
完全係止させた状態で、段部２ｂと本体上壁１ａ
との間に生ずる隙間d1の間隔よりやや大に形成
し、又、可撓壁１１の厚さｔは本体１に対するカ
バー２の冠着状態で生ずる本体側壁１ｂとカバー
２の下部周壁２ｃ間の隙間d2に可撓壁１１の下端
縁１１ａが一部係入し得る程度に設定される。
又、可撓壁１１の下端縁１１ａには本体上壁１ａ
と当接した場合、前記隙間d2の方向に可撓するよ
うにテーパ面を内側に向けたテーパ１１ｂが設け

立ち、可撓壁１１の下端縁１１ａが本体上壁１ａ
に衝接し、上壁１ａ面に沿つて外側に撓み、隙間
d2内に入り込む。次いで第４図に示すようにカバ
ー２を矢線ハ方向に移動してロツクアーム１０の
開口部１０ａにロツク突起４を完全係止させる
と、可撓壁１１は本体側壁１ｂ上部の全周にわた
り密着して隙間d1及びd2を完全に閉塞し、これら
の嵌合隙間を経由しての外部からの水の侵入を完
全に防止する。
