Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recyclably wire leads and to prevent leakage of cold gas in a storage chamber by covering leads of an electrical unit wired through an outer case having a control board containing portion and an inner case opposed to the outer case, and arranging a lead covering portion radially contracted by a foaming pressure when a heat insulator is filled. SOLUTION: Leads 12 from a temperature sensor 8, a fan motor disposed in a storage chamber 6 of the refrigerator are bundled, passed through a hole 13 of an inner case 1, and the hole 13 is then sealed by a sealing material 23. The leads 12 corresponding to a thickness between the cases 1 and 2 are covered with a lead covering portion 21, and fixed with an adhesive material. Further, an end side of the leads 12 is passed through a hole 16 of the case 2, and the hole 16 is then sealed by a sealing material. When the case 1 is engaged with the case 2 and a cabinet of the refrigerator is assembled, the leads 12 are covered with the portion 21. Thereafter, a heat insulator 3 is filled in the cabinet, and the portion 21 is radially contracted by its foaming pressure to eliminate a gap with the leads 12.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiment 1 FIG. FIG. 1 is a detailed sectional view of a main part of a refrigerator showing a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. Note that the same or corresponding parts as those in the conventional example described with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted. In the figure, reference numeral 21 denotes a lead wire cover portion made of, for example, a semi-cylindrical soft resin (for example, polystyrene foam) opposed thereto, and an inner box connected to the control board 7 installed in the control board storage section 5. After covering the lead wire 12 between 1 and the outer box 2, both are fixed with an adhesive 22 (see FIG. 2). 23 is each hole 13, 1 of the inner box 1 and the outer box 2
6 is a sealing material that seals a gap formed when the lead wire 12 is made to penetrate the lead wire 6 in order to prevent leakage at the time of filling the heat insulating material. The lead wire 12 has a core wire of copper, tin, or the like, and is covered with polyethylene, vinyl chloride, a fluororesin, or the like.

In the refrigerator of this embodiment configured as described above, for example, the lead wires 12 from the temperature sensor 8 and the fan motor 9 installed at a predetermined position in the storage room 6 are used.
Are bundled and passed through the hole 13 of the inner box 1, the hole 13 is sealed with a sealing material 23, and then the lead wire 12 corresponding to the thickness between the inner box 1 and the outer box 2 is covered with the lead wire cover 21. Then, both ends are fixed with an adhesive material 22, and the leading end side of the lead wire 12 is made to pass through the hole 16 of the outer box 2, and the hole 16 is sealed with a sealant 23. Then, when the inner box 1 is fitted to the outer box 2 to assemble a refrigerator box, the lead wire 12 between the inner box 1 and the outer box 2 is formed by the lead wire cover 21 as shown in FIG. It will be covered. In this state, when the heat insulating material 3 such as urethane foam is filled from a predetermined position of the box, the lead wire cover portion 21 is reduced in diameter by the foaming pressure of the heat insulating material 3,
Eliminate the gap with the internal lead wire 12. When the heat insulating material 3 is solidified, the heat insulating material 3 is fixed.

According to the invention of claim 3 of the present application, the wiring display portion indicating the wiring route of the lead wire determined according to the installation position of the electrical component is provided on each of the inner box and the outer box, or on either one of the two sides. Since the arrangement of the lead wires can be easily understood, when the used refrigerator is disassembled, the inner box and the outer box can be cut with a general-purpose tool using the wiring display portion as a guide without damaging the lead wires. In this case, there is an effect that the lead wire attached to the sheet material can be easily pulled out because the lead wire is exposed.

According to the invention of claim 4 of the present application, since the slits formed opposite to both surfaces of the inner box and the outer box or one of both surfaces are used as the wiring display section, the arrangement of the lead wires is easy. When the used refrigerator is disassembled, slits are provided at the same position on the inside, so it can be cut easily with a general-purpose tool and without damaging the internal lead wires. This leads to an effect that the lead wire adhered to the substrate can be easily drawn out.
