Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a freezing and refrigeration showcase, and more particularly to a sealing structure for a wiring outlet that penetrates a case body and draws a wiring bundle from the inside to the outside.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 3 shows the structure of a freezing / refrigerated showcase (open showcase) which is an object of the present invention. In the figure, 1 is an outer box (insulation housing) of a main body case of a showcase, 2 is an inner box, 3 is a front panel covering the front of the bottom of the outer box 1, 4 is a product display shelf, 5 is a cooler, 6 is an internal fan, 7 is an internal lamp, 8 is a control box, 9 is a terminal box for wiring arranged on the back side of the front panel 3, and penetrates the front wall portion of the bottom of the outer box 2. The wiring outlet 10 is open, and the wiring bundle (harness) 11 connected to various electrical components inside the warehouse is drawn out to the outside through the drawer opening 10 and then connected to the terminal box 9 to supply power. I am doing so. The outer case 1 of the main body case is constructed of a heat insulating wall having a sandwich structure in which a foamed resin as a heat insulating material is filled between inner and outer panels.
[0003]
Next, FIGS. 4A and 4B show a conventional sealing structure of the wiring lead-out port 10 described above. That is, a cylindrical flanged sleeve (made of sheet metal) 12 through which the wiring bundle 11 passes is fitted in the wiring outlet 10 penetrating the outer box 2, and the wiring bundle 11 has a ring-shaped heat insulation with cushioning properties. The spacer 13 is put on and passed through the wiring lead-out port 10, and a putty 14 is filled in the form of a dumper from the inside and outside to seal the through portion of the wiring bundle 11 at the wiring lead-out port 10.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the conventional structure which seals the above-mentioned wiring drawer opening, the example where the electric leakage accident generate | occur | produced within the terminal box distribute | arranged to the front side during operation of a showcase has been reported.
With regard to this point, the inventors investigated the cause of the leakage accident, and found that the cause is as follows. That is, in the conventional structure shown in FIG. 4 (a), cold heat inside the warehouse transfers heat from a metal sleeve fitted to the wiring outlet 10 to cool the putty 14 sealing the outside of the warehouse. Condensation occurs on the surface of the putty 14 that directly contacts the outside air. In addition, the dew condensation generated here becomes water droplets 15 and flows down from the surface of the putty 14 through the wiring bundle 11 and penetrates into the terminal box 9 shown in FIG. 3 to wet the terminals. Will occur.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and improves the sealing structure of the wiring outlet based on the result of the examination of the cause of the above-mentioned leakage, and prevents the leakage accident caused by the occurrence of condensation at the portion. The purpose is to provide a freezing and refrigeration showcase with such measures.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a wire bundle connected to electrical components equipped on the inside of the case body is pulled out from the wire outlet port perforated in the outer case of the body case to the terminal box. In a refrigerated / refrigerated showcase in which the wiring lead-out port is sealed with a putty from inside and outside, a heat insulating plate is attached to the outer peripheral edge of the wiring lead-out port, and the penetration part of the wiring bundle is sealed with a putty. In addition, a heat-insulating dew-proof cap is attached on the putty, and the dew-proof cap is specifically configured as follows.
[0007]
(1) The above-mentioned dew-proof cap is made of a molded product of flexible resin or rubber, and an adhesive is applied to the inner surface thereof, and slit-shaped notches for inserting into the wiring bundle are provided on the outer surface of the cap. Structure.
(2) After attaching the dew-proof cap, the wiring bundle penetrating portion of the cap is fastened with a fastening member from the outside.
[0008]
According to such a configuration, since the heat insulating plate is interposed between the putty sealed from the outside of the wiring outlet and the outer box of the main body case, the heat transferred from the inside of the warehouse is the heat insulating plate. The heat is shielded, and the cooling to the sealing putty outside the cabinet is suppressed. In addition, the surface of the putty is covered with a heat-insulating dew-proof cap in this part, so that it does not come into direct contact with the outside air, thereby suppressing the occurrence of condensation on the surface of the putty outside the storage, resulting in condensation. It is possible to reliably prevent the occurrence of an electric leakage accident in the terminal box due to water.
[0009]
In addition, by applying an adhesive to the inner surface of the dew-proof cap, the cap can be brought into close contact with the surface of the putty, and the cap can be easily mounted by making a slit-like cut in the cap. Furthermore, it is possible to cope with wiring bundles having different thicknesses by attaching the penetration portion of the wiring bundle with a fastening member (insulok) after attaching the dew-proof cap.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the examples shown in FIGS. In the drawings of the embodiment, the same members corresponding to those in FIG.
First, in FIG. 1, with respect to the outer box 1 of the case body, a ring-shaped heat insulating plate 15 made of a heat insulating material covering the flange surface of the metal sleeve 12 is provided at the outside opening of the wiring outlet 10. It is stuck. A putty 14 is placed on the heat insulating plate 15 to seal the through portion of the wiring bundle 11, and a dew cap 16 is attached to cover the surface of the putty 14. In addition, a ring-shaped heat insulating spacer 13 is attached to the wiring bundle 11 at a portion where the wiring bundle 11 penetrates the wiring outlet 10 of the outer box 1 as in FIG.
[0011]
Here, the dew-proof cap 16 is made of a molded product such as flexible resin or rubber, and its shape is wired in the center as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b). It becomes a bowl-like body having holes 16a through which the bundle 11 passes. Further, an adhesive 16b is applied to the entire inner surface of the dew prevention cap 16, and a slit-like notch 16c is provided in the axial direction on the peripheral surface.
[0012]
When the dew cap 16 is attached to the putty 14, the notches 16 formed on the peripheral surface thereof are spread and covered, and the wiring bundle 11, Bonded to the putty 14 and the heat insulating plate 15. Further, the neck-shaped end portion of the dew protection cap 16 through which the wiring bundle 11 penetrates is fastened with an insulation lock (fastening string) 17 from the outer peripheral side and firmly fixed to the wiring bundle 11.
[0013]
With such a configuration, the heat insulating plate 15 attached to the outer side of the outer box 1 shields the cold that is transferred from the inner side of the sleeve 12 to prevent the putty 14 on the outer side from being cooled. In addition, the dew cap 16 placed on the putty 14 outside the storage cuts off the direct contact between the putty 14 and the outside air. This effectively suppresses the occurrence of dew condensation at the sealing portion of the wiring lead-out port.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the configuration of the present invention, condensation does not occur in the sealed portion of the wiring bundle that passes through the outer box of the case body and is drawn from the inside of the cabinet to the outside of the cabinet. The safety of refrigerated and refrigerated showcases can reliably prevent the occurrence of condensation, which has been a problem with the wiring outlet sealing structure, and leakage accidents that occur in the terminal box due to the penetration of condensed water , Reliability is improved.
