Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply water in an emergency by arranging water reservoirs in parallel at both sides of a tunnel to reserve floods in the tunnel without use of motive power. SOLUTION: Water reservoirs 1, 2 are disposed in parallel along the right and left sides of tunnel side walls or the right and left outsides in the vicinity of a tunnel entrance/exit. Subsequently, floods during boring of the tunnel or hot water in a volcanic area are led to a water supply pipe 4 through a water collecting pipe 3 to flow in the reservoirs 1, 2 from a water supply opening 5 and to be reserved. When the water level rises higher than a predetermined level, water is discharged from an outlet 7. When water or hot water is required, it is obtained from a cock in an intake 6. In this case, water or hot water is collected from the upper side face in the tunnel inside or the like located at a higher position than water reservoirs 1, 2 by a siphon action without use of motive power. In this way, water can be supplied without necessitating any motive power in a disaster such as an earthquake and it can be usually used for splinkling for antifreeze road or thawing snow.

The purpose of any of the tunnels is to pass the traffic, and if the purpose is achieved, nothing else is considered for multipurpose. If an emergency such as a natural disaster or man-made disaster occurs and you need water inside and outside the tunnel,
For example, as the Great Hanshin Earthquake destroyed houses and caused water and electricity to stop, a fire broke out and fire was extinguished. Until the tunnel is restored, you have to spend a lot of panic.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a water supply system in which a water supply is required when an emergency occurs due to a natural disaster or man-made disaster or the like, so that water can be supplied promptly. Water is discharged from the inside of the tunnel by juxtaposing and juxtaposed water tanks. In the volcanic zone, hot water (hot water) is collected, and power is not required for the water tank by a conduit, and water or hot water is supplied by natural water supply. The aim is to provide a storage tunnel that can be used for versatile purposes, such as storing roads and preventing snow from melting on roads in cold regions.

[0005] Reservoir tanks made of reinforced concrete or box culverts or fume pipes, metal, plastic, etc. are arranged in parallel in a tunnel space, and a fixed amount of water can be stored by natural water supply and drainage without requiring power. .
Then, as natural water supply, water or hot water that flows out from the upper side of the inside of the tunnel, which is higher than the water tank, is collected and supplied by a siphon principle without the need for power from the upper part of the water tank by a conduit. . In addition, flowing water in a high mountain or a valley near the tunnel is supplied, and water is supplied to the water storage tank by the principle of siphon. When water is supplied naturally and the water level in the storage tank rises and reaches the drain pipe, it naturally overflows and drains to roads and gutters.

According to the present invention, which has multiple functions, in a water or a volcanic zone generated in a tunnel, hot water (hot water) is supplied to a water storage tank by natural water supply, and when it reaches a water distribution pipe, it naturally overflows to a certain amount. A water-storage tunnel that can supply water in response to natural disasters, man-made disasters, and other emergencies. If necessary, a filtering device or a circulation device may be provided in the water tank in consideration of water turbidity or water decay in the water tank, and used for drinking water. In addition, natural water is supplied without power by the siphon principle. Water or hot (hot) water is used to prevent roads from freezing and to spray snow. An object of the present invention is to achieve a tunnel and a water storage function by using a structure in which a tunnel and a water storage tank are integrally formed, and to effectively use water or hot water (hot water).
