Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve excellent sewage treatment efficiency and to prevent washing water to be reutilized from becoming turbid by partitioning a sewage treatment tank into first and second aeration tanks and a treated water tank of membrane treated water and arranging a membrane treatment tank pumping up primary treated water after aeration treatment to subject the same to membrane treatment. SOLUTION: Washing sewage from a toilet is allowed to flow down to a first aeration tank 16 from the inflow port 18 of a sewage inflow pipe 19. When new washing sewage flows in the first aeration tank 16, primary treated sewage stagnated in the transfer passage provided to the terminal part of the first aeration tank 16 flows to a second aeration tank from a flooding wall 23. The treated sewage overflowing the underwater weir 30 of the terminal part of a transfer passage 27 is pumped up to a membrane treatment tank 32 by a pump P1 and filtered by the filtering treatment membrane 34 of a membrane separation chamber 35 while a membrane surface is aerated and washed by an air diffusing device 36 and secondary treated sewage being membrane treated water is gathered to be allowed to flow in a treated water tank 40 from a transfer pipe 41. The filtered untreated water overflowing the membrane treatment tank 32 is returned to the terminal part of the first aeration tank 16 from a return pipe 39.

[0003] It is not sanitary or modern in that it must be handled by a pump-type temporary toilet. In particular, considering the use of women and girls, if the temporary toilet is flushed, there is no hesitation to use it. However, to make the temporary toilet flush,
It is essential to provide a sewage treatment device accompanying the washing, and it is necessary to solve various problems such as how to use the wastewater in a place where a drainage facility for the treated sewage cannot be provided.

However, in the case of a temporary toilet having the structure disclosed in the above-mentioned publication, it is difficult to say that the actual use of the toilet has been verified. It is hard to say that a sewage treatment device that can maintain proper purification treatment performance is incorporated. In the case of conventional temporary toilets, flushing wastewater is simply circulated in the flushing toilet with a degree of treatment that can be used repeatedly in a dark black turbid state, and a rather strong odor enters the room. The situation is real, and sometimes the sewage treatment capacity is poor, causing floods in the neighborhood.

In the second aspect of the present invention, as a filter medium for contacting wastewater in the first aeration tank and the second aeration tank, a filter medium block in which ceramic porous spheres are charged into a resin net is immersed and subjected to aeration treatment. In addition, the activity of biological treatment by microorganisms has been prosperous, and the purification treatment capacity has been significantly improved. In this regard, in winter when the biological treatment activity by microorganisms is weakened, the input amount and the number of the filter media masses in which the porous spheres are put into the net are greatly increased, so that the purification treatment ability by microorganisms is not weakened. It is desirable to deal with it.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a microorganism treatment accelerating device having a rotary drum in the sewage purifying device of the first aspect.
Due to the contact filter medium charged to the rotary drum and the rotation of the rotary drum, the primary treatment wastewater pumped up to the rotary drum and the contact filter medium are intensively stirred and mixed, whereby the treated wastewater in the first and second aeration tanks is mixed. It promotes microbial treatment of fibrous sludge accumulated in coal, reducing so-called paper sludge volume and reducing the load at the membrane treatment stage.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, a pH meter for measuring the PH value of the membrane treated water and a chemical liquid dropping device for the treated water tank are provided in the treated water tank, and the PH value of the treated water tank is adjusted to pH 5.5 to P
In order to keep it at about H7.5, when the pH is less than 5.5,
Caustic soda or slaked lime is dropped from the dropping device to promote the activity of microorganisms, thereby preventing a decrease in sewage treatment efficiency. When the pH is higher than 7.5, malic acid or dilute sulfuric acid is discharged from the dropping device. By dropping water, etc., the deodorizing treatment of the circulating treated water is dealt with.

At this time, when the temporary toilet T is installed in winter, the activity of the aerobic microorganisms tends to decrease. Therefore, about three to four times the number of the filter medium blocks X are set in the tank. In spring and autumn, the number is about one-third to one-third, and in summer, when the activity of aerobic microorganisms increases dramatically, the minimum number of filter media lumps X or the total amount outside the tank is reduced. It is desirable to take out and maintain it so that it can be used.

When new sewage flows, the primary sewage remaining in the advancing passage 20 at the end of the first aeration tank 16 is transferred from the overflow wall 23 to the next second aeration tank 21. This treated sewage is transferred to the advection passage 25 upstream of the second aeration tank 21.
In the process of flowing down in one direction, the aeration and agitation processing from the air diffuser 28 and the biological treatment by the microorganisms in the filter medium mass X are repeated, whereby the first half of the second stage is subjected to the sewage purification processing. Then, as the direction is changed at the opening 26 of the guide barrier 24 and flows down the downstream advancing passage 27 in the opposite direction, the treated sewage is diffused by the diffuser 2
The aeration and agitation from Step 8 and the biological treatment by the microorganisms in the filter medium mass X are repeatedly performed, whereby the sewage purification treatment in the second half of the second stage is performed.

The primary sewage flowing down as described above overflows the submerged weir 30 at the end of the advection passage 27,
The water is pumped to the membrane processing tank 32 by the pump P1 installed in the tank 1. The treated sewage flowing into the membrane treatment tank 32 is filtered by the filtration membrane 34 in the membrane separation chamber 35 while aerating and cleaning the membrane surface by the diffuser 36, and the secondary sewage, which is the membrane treated water, is collected. Advection tube 4
1 flows into the treated water tank 40. At this time, the untreated water that has overflowed from the membrane treatment tank 32 is returned from the return pipe 39 to the end of the first aeration tank 16, and is again subjected to the aeration treatment.

As the circulating sewage treatment as described above is repeated, the first aeration tank 16 and the second aeration tank 2
The purification capacity of the sewage treatment in Step 1 gradually decreases, and in particular, the amount of fine fibrous sludge contained in the rinsing sewage, which is caused by dissolving and dispersing toilet paper, gradually increases and decomposes into paper sludge. As the capacity and digestion capacity decrease, the amount of paper sludge in the treated sewage accumulates, which reduces the filtration capacity of the filtration membrane 34.

Therefore, at a rate of about once a day or two days,
The solenoid valve 68 of the bypass pipe 49 is opened for a predetermined time. Then, a part of the primary treatment wastewater containing the paper sludge pumped by the pumping pump P <b> 1 is pumped to the rotating drum 52 of the microorganism treatment promotion device M via the bypass pipe 49. At this time, a filtration membrane 54 is formed on the rotating drum 52, and inside the rotating drum 52,
A large amount of ceramic porous spheres are loaded and rotated as a contact filter medium for microorganisms.

Therefore, the agitation and mixing of the primary treatment sewage and the contact filter medium is performed by the aeration from the diffuser 63 to 24 to 4.
By controlling the biological treatment to be performed intensively for about 8 hours, the decomposition and digestion treatment for the paper sludge contained in the treated wastewater is achieved. At that stage, when the solenoid valve 69 of the return pipe 62 is opened, the desorbed liquid filtered by the filtration membrane 54 of the rotary drum 52 is returned to the tip of the advancing passage 25 of the second aeration tank 21. By repeating this intermittently, the decomposition treatment of the fibrous sludge is smoothly and promptly promoted, whereby the volume of the paper sludge is reduced, and the load on the filtration membrane 34 of the membrane separation chamber 35 is reduced. Are dealing with.

Further, in the case of the circulating sewage purifying apparatus of the present invention, although being appropriately diluted by the inflow of fresh water from the hand washing machine 13, the number of users of the temporary toilet T increases and the load of sewage treatment increases. By increasing or decreasing, the PH value in the treated sewage fluctuates. For example, when the PH value is less than 5.5, the movement of microorganisms is weakened, the biological treatment efficiency is significantly reduced, and the PH value exceeds 7.5. Then, the generation of odor from the washing sewage becomes intense.

If it is detected by the pH meter 64 that the PH value of the treatment water tank 40 is out of the range of the above-mentioned pH 5.5 to 7.5, one of the solenoid valves in the chemical liquid dropping device Y is detected. The above-mentioned adverse effects are prevented by opening 67 and adding a chemical from one of the chemical tanks 65 and 66. For example, in order to maintain the PH value of the treatment water tank 40 in the range of about PH 5.5 to PH 7.5, when the pH is lower than 5.5, caustic soda or slaked lime is dropped from the chemical droplet dropping device Y to thereby reduce the microorganisms. In addition, when the pH is higher than 7.5, malic acid or dilute sulfuric acid is dropped from the chemical dropping device Y to cope with the deodorizing treatment of rinsing water.

Further, it is expected that the number of users of the temporary toilet T will increase and the new inflow of human waste and hand washing water will eventually overflow the sewage treatment tank S. In anticipation of this, the required number of filter medium lumps X are previously scattered and immersed in the first aeration tank 16 and the second aeration tank 21. For this reason, measures are taken to prevent water from escaping into the atmosphere appropriately due to the heat generated by the active biological treatment by microorganisms, and to prevent the sewage from being circulated to the outside of the tank from overflowing.

Conversely, in the summer, the amount of spontaneous transpiration is greater than the new inflow due to the warming of the treated sewage.
For this purpose, the filter medium mass X put in the first aeration tank 16 or the second aeration tank 21 is greatly reduced, and in some cases, the filter medium mass X is taken out of the tank, or in order to maintain the sewage treatment capacity. Needless to say, the maintenance and management of the sewage concentration is appropriate, for example, by replenishing fresh water.
