Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate height adjustment of a laying jig. SOLUTION: This laying jig is made up of a support shaft 12, erected on a wire- harness assembling work bench and a wire receiving member 13 mounted on an upper end of the support shaft. The support shaft is formed into an oval tube shape, a plurality of grooves 14, 15 for the wire receiving member 13 are provided in the horizontal direction, leaving a vertical space between them, in a circumferential wall of the support shaft, the grooves are each made up of a pair of movement grooves 14b or 15b, each extending from the major axis side to the minor axis side and a pair of fit grooves 14a or 15a, each connected with continuity to the corresponding movement groove and recessedly provided, so as to confront the center position of the major axis. Meanwhile an oval fixing piece 13f to be fitted into the support shaft in a vertically movable manner is projectingly provided on a lower end of a shaft part 13b projecting from the middle of a bottom part of a wire receiving part 13a of the wire receiving member. The wire receiving member is vertically moved with the wire receiving part held by hand to adjust the height thereof, and at the position of one of the grooves for the wire receiving member, the lower-end fixing piece is turned 90 deg. along the movement groove and fixed there by fitting both sides of the fixing piece into the confronting fit grooves.

From the viewpoint of workability, as shown in the left side of FIG. 9, a downer jig 6 which can be raised and lowered as necessary is also used. Using this downer jig, the height can be adjusted. However, there is a problem that the support shaft 6a projecting below the assembling work table 5 interferes with a base (not shown) when the downer jig is lowered. It is necessary to prevent interference with the electric wire group wired above, and there is a problem that the usability is poor.

The support shaft 12 to which the electric wire receiving member 13 is adjusted in height is installed upright on a wire harness assembly work table. If you want to adjust the height according to the amount of wires, for example,
When the amount of electric wires is not large, and when it is desired to increase the electric wire receiving member 13 in FIG. 5 from the state shown in FIG. 2, the operation shown in FIG. 3B is reversed. That is, the wire 13 is slightly raised by the wire receiving member 13, the fixing piece 13f is pulled out of the fitting groove 15a, then moved to the short axis side x1 along the moving groove 15b, and then rotated by 90 degrees. In this state, the fixing piece 13f is moved to the long axis side, and the fixing piece 13f is positioned inside the support shaft 12. Then, the fixing piece 13f is lifted by holding the wire receiving portion 13a, and is moved to the position of the groove 14 in FIG. Perform the operation shown in ()) to
The fixing piece 13f is fitted and fixed to the fourth fitting groove 14a.

The shape is similar to 2 ′, and the short axis side is a semicircular shape.
Therefore, the fixing piece 13f of the electric wire receiving member can be rotated by 90 degrees, and when the fixing piece 13f is rotated by 90 degrees, both sides of the fixing piece 13f can be fitted and fixed to the fitting grooves 14a ', 14a'.

FIG. 7 shows a third embodiment in which the function of holding the shaft portion 13b of the wire receiving member 13 is enhanced. That is, the upper end of the elliptic cylindrical shaft portion 12a "of the support shaft 12" is defined as a closed surface 12b ", and between the upper end closed surface 12b" and the groove 14 "for the upper wire receiving member, an electric wire receiving member is provided. A semicircular groove 16 "for inserting a fixing piece is provided. In addition, as a groove for inserting a shaft portion of the electric wire receiving member, a vertical groove 16a "is provided from the semicircular groove 16" to the upper end closing surface,
A groove 18 "extending from a part of the upper end closing surface 12b" to the center of the closing surface is provided so as to be continuous with the upper end of the groove 17 ". The upper groove 14" and the lower stage provided on the support shaft 12 "are provided. The groove 15 ″ has the same shape as that of the first embodiment.

The fixing piece 13f of the electric wire receiving member 13 is inserted from the side into the hollow portion of the support shaft 12 "through the semicircular groove 16", and the shaft portion 13b is inserted into the support shaft 12 "through the grooves 17" and 18 ". In this way, the long shaft portion 13b of the electric wire receiving member 13 is connected to the upper end closed surface 12 of the support shaft 12 ″.
By passing the groove 18 "of b", the shaft portion 13b can be sandwiched on both sides of the groove 18 ". Therefore, the wire receiving member 13 can be protruded upward in a state more stable than the support shaft 12. it can.

As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, the support shaft of the wiring jig is provided with grooves for fixing the electric wire receiving members at intervals in the vertical direction. The height of the wire receiving member can be adjusted only by lifting and lowering and rotating the wire receiving member protruding upward. Therefore, in the case of a large number of wires exceeding 500 or the like, the position of the wire receiving member is adjusted high, while in the case of a small amount of wires, the position of the wire receiving member need only be adjusted low.

As described above, since it is not necessary to replace the support shaft of the wiring jig erected from the wire harness assembly work table according to the amount of electric wires, the number of working steps can be reduced. Further, since it is not necessary to prepare a plurality of types of support shafts having different heights as in the related art, the number of parts management points can be reduced.
