Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity of installing a falling-down preventive jig on a base panel by placing the base panel on a surface plate incorporating a skin attaching device, carrying a sub-panel up to a prescribed position on the base panel by a panel holding carriage, and pushing up and welding the base panel by the skin attaching device. SOLUTION: A skin attaching device 23 composed of an air bag integrally formed in the width direction of a surface plate 21 is arranged in the surface plate 21. In assembling a panel, a base panel 1 is placed on the surface plate 21. A panel holding carriage moves by vertically holding a sub-panel 2 by striding over the base panel 1 to carry the sub-panel to a prescribed position on the base panel 1. Then, the base panel 1 is pushed up by the skin attaching device 23. The sub-panel is welded in a state of being applied to the skin of the base panel 1 by the skin attaching device 23. This constitution can eliminate useless work such as removing a jig again after welding the jig to the base panel 1.

2. Description of the Related Art When constructing a large steel structure such as a ship, a panel structural member 3 is used, in which a sub panel 2 is vertically attached to a base panel 1 as shown in FIG. For example, FIG. 2 shows a double bottom structure of a ship, in which a panel structure material 3 is placed on a bottom plate 4 and a double bottom plate 5 is placed thereon to assemble a double bottom. The size of the panel structural material 3 varies, but for example, the base panel 1 is about 20 m long and 2 m wide, and the sub-panel 2 is about 2 m wide and 4 m high.

Conventionally, in assembling the panel structural member 3, as shown in FIG. 9, a jig 6, 6 'for preventing falling is welded on the base panel 1 with a gap larger than the thickness of the sub-panel 2. (A in FIG. 9)
Next, the sub-panel 2 is suspended by a crane (not shown) between the jigs 6 and 6 '(B in FIG. 9), a tool 7 such as a lever block is mounted, and the crane is released. 2 is adjusted so as to stand upright, while being closely attached to the base panel 1, and temporarily fixedly welded in place (C in FIG. 9). The jigs 8 and 8 'for mounting tools may be attached by welding as needed.

After temporary fixing in this manner, the jigs 6 and 6 'for preventing falling are removed, welding marks are repaired with a grinder or the like, and welding is performed (FIG. 9D). Further, the sub panel 2 is hung by a crane without using a jig for preventing the fall, and is held vertically by the crane.
In some cases, welding is performed while adjusting the adhesion with the crane and hanging with a crane.

In the conventional method described above, the jigs 6, 6 'are used.
A considerable amount of time and effort is required for the removal, and traces of jig welding remain. In addition, since a large and heavy steel material is handled, even if the position is adjusted, the operation requires a considerable amount of time and labor, and is also a dangerous operation. Further, in the method of welding with a crane suspended, there is also a disadvantage that the crane is occupied during this operation, and there is a waste such as wasted work, wasted time and occupation of the crane.

Since the movable frame 25 is placed on the fixed frame 24, the movable frame 25 moves straight up along the side plate of the fixed frame 24,
The push-up member 27 is projected above the surface of the surface plate 21. The push-up member 27 protrudes from the surface of the surface plate 21 and pushes up the base panel 1 to bring the base panel 1 into close contact with the sub-panel 2. FIG. 8 shows this state, in which the imaginary lines in the figure are in close contact with each other, that is, the skin is in a textured state. Note that the reaction force of the pushing-up force of the skinning device 23 is due to the weight of the sub-panel 2 and the panel holding cart 11.

Similarly, in the example shown in FIG.
When high-pressure air is supplied to 8, the flexible film 29 expands and moves the movable member 30 upward. The lifting member 31 is guided by the vertical movement guide 32 by the upward movement of the movable member 30, and is projected straight on the surface of the surface plate 21, thereby pushing up the base panel 1 and bringing it into close contact with the sub panel 2.
