取り出し用型板の内周に保持された成型品を外型内から
脱型するようにしたので、成型品は内型を抜き出す方向
での端部において成型品取り出し用フランジの嵌合溝に
嵌合しており、内型を外型から引き抜くときに成型品を
内型と共に外型から引き出そうとする力が働いても、成
型品が嵌合溝に嵌合している端部はその力で圧縮され、
成型品を嵌合溝に深く嵌合させる力として作用するもの
であり、成型品が嵌合溝から外れるようなことなく、成
型品を外型内に確実に残した状態で内型を抜き出すこと
ができるものである。また成型品取り出し用型板を外型
から取り外すにあたって、成型品は端部が嵌合溝に対す
る嵌合で成型品取り出し用型板に保持されており、成型
品取り出し用型板を引くことによって成型品を外型内か
ら抜き出して脱型することができるものであり、成型品
を外型内で折り曲げたりして脱型を行なうような必要が
無くなって、成型品に折れや変形が発生すること無く脱
型を行なうことができるものである。
