脂が該孔設部内に充填され、さらに外側プリフォームの
底部の外面を覆うように形成されてなるので、バリア性
プラスチックボトルを延伸ブローによる成形に際し、底
部近傍でクラックやズレ、剥離のない二層構成プリフォ
ームを提供することができる。

Claims (2)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】上端にフランジ部を有する円筒状胴部と下
端に底部とを備え、かつ該底部に孔設部を設けて成形さ
れたバリア性樹脂製の外側プリフォームと、上端に口頸
部を有し、前記外側プリフォーム内面に密着する円筒状
胴部と下端に底部とを備えて成形された容器本体用樹脂
製の内側プリフォームとにより構成される延伸ブロー成
形用二層構成プリフォームであって、前記外側プリフォ
ームの孔設部周縁近傍の底部の少なくとも片面に、略円
形状の溝もしくは凸部を設け、前記外側プリフォームの
孔設部と対向する内側プリフォームの樹脂が該孔設部内
に充填され、さらに外側プリフォームの底部の外面を覆
うように形成されてなることを特徴とする延伸ブロー成
形用二層構成プリフォーム。
