Claims (3)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 熱間成形された金属球の表面酸化皮膜の
除去を目的とした連続酸洗装置であって、赤熱状態の金
属球を連続的に受け入れて転落させる本管と金属球に酸
液を噴射させる支管からなる傾斜パイプの未端部に、入
口部に赤熱した金属球との接触で温度上昇した酸液を抜
き取るための複数の穿孔を有し、中間部に冷却された新
しい酸液の供給を行うことが可能な複数の給酸口と、酸
洗いに使用され温度上昇した酸液の排出を行うことが可
能な複数の排酸口とを有するスクリュウコンベアを設け
たことを特徴とする金属球の酸洗装置。
1. 程とを配置したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属
球の酸洗装置。
