PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an opening of a refuse bag or the like closable simply and certaily with a string in a tubular sticking tape stuck to the opening of the refuse bag or the like drawn by a method wherein the sticking tape is formed in a flat shape with the string made to pass through a tube made up of a thin film of synthetic resin or the like and one side of its exterior made to serve as a sticky surface. SOLUTION: The entire body of a tape 1 is formed in a flat shape with a string 3 made to pass through a tube 4 made up of a thin film of synthetic resin or the like, and a sticky paint 5 is applied to one side of its exterior. The tape 1 is made up, for instance, in 1-3 cm of width and approximately in 25 cm of length while the thickness of the film is made approximately the same as the tube 4 and the sticky paint is applied approximately in the same manner as tapes normally sold at the market. At the time of use, the tape 1 is stuck beforehand with its sticky paint 5 to a refuse bag or the like, and when the refuse bag is filled with refuse, tying is made with the string 3 in the tube 4 drawn. Thereby, an opening of the refuse bag or the like can be closed simply and certainly, and the refuse bag or the like can be put sanitarily and neatly for heaping-up and collection.
