【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 輸液バッグなどの栓体付き薄肉容器の成
形において、サーボモータ駆動の下打込装置に栓体を装
填し、これにパリソンをかぶせて型締めした後、製品口
部バリを打込カットし、吹き込み口から圧縮エアを吹込
み賦形し、冷却後に金型を開き、取出装置で製品を取り
出した後にバリを打ち抜き、胴部をつぶして容器内のエ
アを排出し、吹き込み口をヒータで加熱後溶着する事に
より、パリソン押出から賦形し吹き込み口をシールして
製品を取り出すまでの成形工程を連続工程で行い、容器
内にゴミや異物が混入しない、栓体をインサートした薄
肉容器の成形方法。
