However, a diaper liner made of a single non-woven fabric such as rayon, cotton, polyester fiber or the like or a composite non-woven fabric thereof cannot be flowed into a toilet because it has no water dissolving property. In addition, when cellulose fibers in the research stage are processed with a binder such as CMC or PVA, the water strength of urine is weak, faeces leak into diapers, and there is a problem in water disintegration and dispersibility in toilets during use, and they are commercialized. It is not at present. In addition, it is the theory that the strength of the urine salt concentration at the time of use is given to the water-absorbent polymer and the non-woven fabric sheet of the cellulose fiber blend, and the water dispersibility is obtained by dispersing in the toilet water. When the water disintegration property increases, the water disintegration property deteriorates, and when the water disintegration property is improved, the strength decreases. A practical water disintegratable diaper liner having a good water disintegration property and a sufficient tensile strength for use has not been developed. The present invention uses a biodegradable material rayon and pulp fiber without using an adhesive to make a water-decomposable sheet, and uses a rayon fiber length of 15 mm or less to satisfy the contradictory conditions of water-decomposability and tensile strength during use. The present invention focuses on a water-disintegrable sheet in which pulp fibers are entangled with rayon fibers by a water jet entanglement method using fibers as a mixed web. Also, when taking out the water-disintegratable diaper liner from the diaper and flushing it to the toilet with feces, in order to prevent that the treatment accidentally pulls both ends of the water-disintegrable diaper liner outwards, causing fiber collapse and feces falling off In addition, a non-water-disintegrable porous sheet is detachably disposed on the outer side opposite to the skin side. Due to the increase of the elderly population, fecal disposal is difficult. It was unpleasant to leave sewage wrapped in feces for bedridden elderly care in urban apartments until the day of garbage collection. Immediate commercialization is desired.

The main fiber of the present invention has a rayon fiber length of 15.
0mm or less and pulp fiber mixed, average fiber length 2.0m
The range of m to 10.0 mm is limited and used. The fineness of the rayon fiber is from 0.8 denier to 5.0 denier, but is not limited. Regarding pulp, softwood pulp, hardwood pulp, and non-wood pulp (ganpi, mitsumata,
Kenaf, bacas, bamboo, etc.), but may be appropriately selected and used depending on the fiber length, fineness, pulp friendly to the global environment, cost, and the like. The two-layer type pulp-based water disintegration paper should be a product compatible with general-purpose toilet paper. The reason for using the two-layer type is that pulp, which is a back sheet of a water-disintegratable diaper liner, is weakened when a large amount of urine is used. This is to increase the amount of urine absorbed by the main water disintegration paper. The basis weight of water disintegration paper is 1

In the production method of the present invention, first, the above-mentioned rayon and pulp are mixed, and after wet paper making, a dry web sheet or a flowing cotton dry web sheet is made by a card machine. Next, the fibers in the web are entangled with a water jet to give a sheet having a strength and a soft texture that can withstand use. At this time, depending on the water pressure condition of the nozzle, the water dissolvability (dispersed within 15 times by a voluntary simple test water dissolving graduated cylinder agitation test method) that can be poured into the toilet and the tensile strength that can withstand user use are adjusted. The water jet method is a method developed by the US company Dupont, and there is no damage between fibers and the texture is very similar to knitting,
Since no adhesive is used, the use of a water jet entangled spunlace sheet for wet tissues is increasing.

Embodiment 3 When taking out the water-disintegratable diaper liner from the diaper and wrapping the feces, if the both ends of the water-disintegratable diaper liner 1 are accidentally pulled too far, fiber breakage will occur if urination volume is large and the toilet will be held in the toilet. It is expected that feces will fall off on the way. This embodiment prevents such a disadvantage. FIG. 4 shows a non-water-disintegrable porous sheet 8 removably attached to the outside of the water-disintegratable diaper liner 1 on the side opposite to the skin side. Non-water disintegrable porous sheet 8
Use a knitted fabric, a net fabric, or a non-water-disintegrable sheet in which a large number of holes are perforated using a non-water-disintegrable fiber. The non-water-disintegratable porous sheet 8 can be washed and repeatedly used by holding the end of the non-water-disintegratable porous sheet 8 and holding the water-disintegratable diaper liner 1 in the toilet. The water-disintegratable diaper liner 1 is supported from the lower surface to prevent shape collapse, and the porous unevenness generates air movement between the diaper and the diaper liner, thereby exhibiting an effect of preventing the diaper from being distorted.

As described above, according to the present invention, (1) rayon fiber of 15.0 mm or less and pulp fiber are mixed without an adhesive to obtain an average fiber length of 2.0 mm to 10.0 mm.
A very convenient water-disintegrating diaper liner that has never been used before, when physically entangled by the water jet confounding method and withstands the actual use strength, when stool is wrapped and flushed down the toilet, it is dispersed in the toilet flow. It is. (2) Since the raw materials used are rayon and pulp cellulose, it is biodegradable, and the decomposition in the toilet tank and in nature proceeds smoothly. (3) Without adhesive, the raw material used is cellulosic fiber, the same chemical composition as cotton underwear, it is not irritating to the skin and is allergic, atopic, and suitable for subjects with bedsores. (4) Water jet entanglement sheet Since it is a manufacturing method, it is soft and has a good texture due to a small amount of fine powder falling off due to the water flow at the time of manufacturing, so that the feeling of use is good. (5) Since the raw materials are pulp and rayon, there is an advantage that the raw material cost is half that of the cotton nonwoven fabric. (6) The non-water-disintegratable porous sheet 8 is a water-disintegratable diaper liner 1.

Due to the increase of the elderly population, fecal disposal is difficult. It is unsanitary to keep fecal diaper waste at home until the day of garbage collection, especially in the elderly care in the city, especially in apartment buildings. It was very convenient for families who had monitored the water-disintegratable diaper liner of the present invention, and commercialization was desired quickly.
