前記録画番組に対応させてインデックス画像を生成するインデックス画像生成手段と、
前記録画番組と該録画番組に対応する前記インデックス画像を関連付けたメニュー画面を生成するメニュー画面生成手段とを有し、
前記記録再生制御手段は、ユーザの指示に基づき前記メニュー画面における前記インデックス画像が選択されると、前記インデックス画像に関連付けられた前記録画番組の所定位置を頭出し再生する
