Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the earthquake resisting performance of a wooden architecture by providing a pair of band-shaped elastic mats each having, on one surface, a plurality of depressions and projections at intervals, engaging the depressions and projections of the respective band-shaped elastic mats with each other, and interposing the engaged mats between a foundation and a ground sill. SOLUTION: An upper stage band-shaped mat 1 and a lower stage band-shaped mat 2 each constituted of an elastic body having a plurality of depressions and projections at predetermined intervals on one surface thereof are provided. Next, the mats 1, 2 are superposed on each other with their depressions and projections being engaged with each other, and the thus superposed mats are interposed between a concrete foundation and a ground sill of a wooden building, followed by securing the same by means of anchor bolts. At this time, each projection is formed like a column with a pyramidical or conical front end, and each depression is formed so as to receive the front end of the projection, whereby the mats 1, 2 are combined with each other in one body. Next, when the mats 1, 2 are superposed, equal spaces 9 are secured by the respective projections, whereby vertical and horizontal deformation of the columnar projections is facilitated at the time of an earthquake. Thus, earthquake vibrations can be absorbed and diminished. Further, a predetermined amount of ventilation can be ensured by the gaps defined by the columnar projections without forming an opening at the foundation, and rats are prevented from entering the building.

2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional wooden building, a foundation is generally laid directly on a concrete cloth foundation and fixed with anchor bolts. , Falling of the painted wall, falling of the roof tile, etc. were likely to occur. In addition, in the underfloor ventilation, an opening is provided at the rising part of the foundation, which is the most important part of the building, to ensure the ventilation section specified in the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Building Standards Law. The properties and strength were reduced.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, there is provided an elastic band-shaped mat between the foundation and the foundation of a wooden building, and the same-shaped convex projections having a space therebetween are equally spaced. By arranging two strip-shaped mats arranged one on top of the other with the protruding surfaces facing each other, deformation due to vibration in the vertical and horizontal directions during an earthquake can be facilitated in that space, and the vibration can be absorbed and reduced. It is an object. In addition, the opening cross-section required for securing the underfloor ventilation is a space cross-section that can be made by continuing the space cross-section between the above-mentioned projections, and the cross-sectional area thereof can be sufficiently satisfied by laying all around the building. . Furthermore, even inside the building other than the outer periphery, by laying on all foundations, a ventilation path can be secured by a space without providing an opening in the foundation.

In order to solve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides an earthquake-resistant low-floor ventilation mat according to the present invention, in which an elastic band-shaped mat provided with concave portions and convex portions is provided between a concrete foundation and a building base. By laying the two-layered band-shaped mats facing each other, and by absorbing vibration due to deformation of the convex part,
It is intended to reduce vibration from underground during an earthquake. The shape of the concave portion and the convex portion provided on the band-shaped mat is such that the convex portion has a columnar shape and the tip is a pyramid or a cone, and the concave portion has a shape in which the tip portion of the opposing convex portion can be inserted. The space between the concave portion and the convex portion is equally spaced in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the shape is such that an even space can be secured between the respective pillars in a state where the concave and convex surfaces are overlapped face to face. The space secured by stacking the concavo-convex portions face-to-face facilitates deformation of the columnar convex portions of the elastic body due to vertical and horizontal vibrations during an earthquake, and thus absorbs and reduces vibrations. Can be done.
In addition, the ventilation volume under the floor of a wooden building is based on the
Although stipulated in Article 2 paragraph 2, by laying the above two-piece mat continuously on all the foundations and bases of the building,
A space cross section that secures underfloor ventilation can be obtained almost evenly around the building. Furthermore, the "equipment for preventing the entry of a rat" specified in the same paragraph and the same paragraph also satisfies this clause, because the gap between the column-shaped convex portions is several millimeters. By using the above-mentioned seismic and ventilation mat, it is not necessary to provide an opening in the foundation, and the safety and durability of the building are improved by eliminating cross-sectional defects.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will be described based on embodiments with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view of an uneven surface of an anti-seismic and under-floor ventilation mat. The portions displayed in thick lines indicate columnar convex portions, and the portions displayed in thin lines indicate concave portions. The protrusions are arranged vertically at equal intervals, and the adjacent recesses are arranged at the same interval with the same distance between the protrusions, and a product obtained by repeating this arrangement pattern,
One product. FIG. 2 is a vertical cross-sectional view of the band-shaped mat, and the cut position indicates a columnar convex portion. When a columnar mat of the same quality is provided on an elastic band-shaped mat, the tip of which is a pyramid or a cone, when two sheets are stacked face to face,
The shape and dimensions are such that the tip of the projection is inserted into the recess. FIG.
Is a cross-sectional view of the same shape of the band-shaped mat, with the concave and convex portions facing downward for the upper stage and the concave and convex portions facing upward for the lower stage, rotating 180 degrees and facing each other, before overlapping, at an extremely short distance. Adopt when laying. An example is shown in FIG. FIG.
Represents a state in which the opposed band-shaped mats are opposed to each other while being shifted from each other, and an example is shown in FIG. When laying the band-shaped mat continuously, it is easy to maintain the linearity in the laying direction, and the laying is easy.
