Claims (3)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 球状、円盤状、或いはその他の形状の釜
とからなり、その釜の外側には内部にスチームを流通さ
せるジャケットと、電磁誘導加熱用の電磁コイルとを設
け、ジャケット内には6乃至10kg/cm2 の圧力スチー
ム或いはその他の加熱媒体を流通させ、電磁コイルには
1kw乃至22kwの電流を流し、強火による短時間加
熱を達成することを特徴とする加熱調理装置。
