Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact mechanism for an alarm clock for securing a contact pressure without any machining such as bending and for facilitating control of the pressure contact. SOLUTION: A contact plate 22 is arranged along the surface of a base board 24 when a tongue-shaped engaging part 22b is fitted in a mounting hole 24a of the base board 24 so as to be engaged with it. A movable part 22f of the contact plate 22 is lifted so as to be curved when it is brought into contact with a contact pin 28. Because of resiliency of the curved movable part 22f, a contact pressure between the contact part 22g and the contact pin 28 can be secured. This contact pressure is decided according to the height of the contact pin 28.

2. Description of the Related Art A contact mechanism of a conventional alarm clock of this type has a structure as shown in FIG. That is, one end 2a is bent and inserted into the substrate 4 and fixed on the back side with solder or the like, and the other end 2b comes into contact with or separates from the surface of the substrate 4 in conjunction with the operation of the guide mechanism 6. The contact plate 2 is configured as described above, and the contact pin 8 is provided at a position where the contact plate 2 can contact the end 2b.

In the contact plate 2, a movable portion 2d extending from a tip of a rising portion 2c rising from the surface of the substrate 4 is largely bent in advance as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. The contact plate 2 is fixed to the substrate 4 so as to partially suppress the amount of displacement of the movable portion 2d which is largely bent in this way, and the contact pressure between the end portion 2b and the contact pin 8 is reduced by suppressing the amount of displacement. Was to be set.

On the other hand, while the displacement is set by largely bending the contact plate 2 as in the case of the contact plate 2, the contact pressure is not bent beforehand as in the contact plate 12 shown in FIG. Some tried to set. The contact plate 12 has a foot 12a formed by bending a portion protruding laterally at one end, and the tip of the foot 12a is inserted into the substrate 4 and fixed by soldering or the like.
The movable part 12b was attached to the substrate 4 so as to be parallel to the surface of the substrate 4 at a certain interval.

In the contact mechanism shown in FIG. 7, a contact pressure cannot be obtained unless the movable portion 2d of the contact plate 2 is bent in advance with respect to the rising portion 2c. There has been a problem that the contact pressure when contacting the contact pins 8 varies due to the variation, the pressing when the contact plate 2 is fixed to the substrate 4, the floating from the substrate 4 when the fixing is performed, and the like.

Also in the contact mechanism shown in FIG. 9, the contact pressure is increased due to floating from the substrate 4, bending of the movable portion 12b, or variation in the height of the holding pin, which occurs when the contact plate 12 is fixed to the substrate 4. There was a problem of variation. In particular, in a mechanism using this contact plate 12,
Since no contact pressure is generated unless the contact plate 12 is pressed by the pressing pins provided on the upper plate or the like, there is a problem that the actual contact pressure cannot be known unless the movement is completed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A contact plate in a contact mechanism of an alarm clock according to the present invention has a tongue-shaped engaging portion, which is fitted into a mounting hole of a substrate to engage with a back surface of the substrate. By doing so, it is fixed to the substrate. The contact plate fixed to the substrate is provided along the surface of the substrate, and the movable portion is lifted and bent when the contact portion comes into contact with a contact pin protruding above the substrate. Thus, the contact pressure between the contact portion and the contact pin is secured by the elasticity of the curved movable portion. In addition, this contact pressure is caused by bending of the movable part,
That is, since the height is determined by the height of the contact pin, the variation in the contact pressure can be minimized only by managing the height of the contact pin.

Further, the engaging portion 22b of the contact plate 22 may have another shape as long as it can be engaged with the substrate 24. For example, the engaging portion 22b may have a shape as shown in FIG. . That is, the engaging portion 22m is formed by bending a portion left in a tongue shape having a uniform width when the window portion 22c is punched into a substantially U-shape. More specifically, the engaging portion 22m includes a main body 22n protruding into the window 22c, a bent portion 22p thereof, and a tip 22q further bent so as to be parallel to the main body 22n.
It is composed of

The mounting holes 24e of the substrate 24 into which the engaging portions 22m are fitted are the same as the mounting holes 24a described above.
Since there is no need to provide the fitting portion 24c having an increased width as in the above, it is only necessary to form the fitting portion 24c in a rectangular shape.

According to the present invention, the contact pressure between the contact plate and the contact pin is determined only by the amount of displacement when the contact plate is bent by contact with the contact pin without bending and pressing the contact plate. Therefore, the contact pressure can be set only by the height of the contact pin which is easy to process. in this way,
Since the contact pressure can be set and managed only by setting and managing the height of the contact pin, the variation in the contact pressure can be minimized.
