(4) (3)のレーザ治療装置において、毛穴位置を検出するためにメラニンに反応して温度変化を生じさせる検出用レーザ光を前記治療レーザ光の照射範囲に照射する検出レーザ光照射手段を備え、前記検出手段は前記検出用レーザ光の照射により変化する温度分布を検出するサーモグラフを持ち、該サーモグラフの出力信号に基づいて毛穴位置を検出することを特徴とする。
(5) (3)のレーザ治療装置は、さらに前記検出手段により検出される各毛穴位置での毛の太さを検知する太さ検知手段と、該検知結果に基づいて各毛穴位置へ照射する治療レーザ光の照射条件を可変する照射可変手段と、を備えることを特徴とする。0006
