As shown in FIG. 6, Japanese Patent Publication No. Sho 60-13724 discloses a pipe 32 for discharging and passing filtered water or backwash water into a bottom gutter 31 in a filtration pond and an air for backwashing. There is disclosed a filter device in which a gas manifold 33 for supplying a gas such as the above is provided, a filter block 34 is provided on the upper portion thereof, a gravel layer 35 is provided on the upper portion of the filter block 34, and a sand layer 36 is further laminated on the upper portion. (Hereinafter referred to as "conventional filtration device 2"). The filtration block 34 includes the inclined flat wall 3.
The primary lateral conduit 38 is divided into a primary lateral conduit 38 and a secondary lateral conduit 39, and each of the members 38a at the bottom of the primary lateral conduit 38 is partially notched in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the drawing so that water or gas can flow. Is formed. In addition, on the inclined plane wall 37,
A gas adjusting orifice 40 and a liquid adjusting orifice 41 are formed, and a large number of second orifices 43 are formed in a plate 42 above the secondary lateral conduit 39.

However, in the conventional filtering apparatus 1, when raw water is supplied from the lower part of the filtration pond and is passed through a so-called upward flow method, impurities and suspended matter such as leaf litter and plastic bags contained in the raw water are removed. There are cases where the air enters the air dispersion pipe 24 or adheres to the porous portion of the dispersed gravel layer 26 or the porous concrete layer 27 on the slit plate 25. These contaminants and suspensions cause a reduction in filtration performance, and therefore need to be periodically removed. However, in the conventional filtering device 1, the air dispersion pipe 24 is supported by the support beam 22,
Since the lower portion of the air dispersion tube 24 is substantially closed, the operation of removing foreign substances and suspended matter attached to the inside of the air dispersion tube 24 is extremely complicated. In addition, when foreign matter or suspended matter adheres to the porous portion of the dispersed gravel layer 26 or the porous concrete layer 27, the porous concrete layer 27 and the dispersed gravel layer 26 must be cleaned after removing the upper filter medium layer 28. However, it is almost impossible to remove foreign substances and suspended matter entering the porous portion of the porous concrete layer 27. To remove foreign substances and the like in the dispersed gravel layer 26, the porous concrete layer 27 must be destroyed. However, there is a disadvantage that those deposits cannot be removed. Further, in the conventional filtration device 1, an air channel communicating with the air distribution tube is provided to supply the air to the air distribution tube 24. However, if such an air channel is separately provided, a space corresponding to the air channel is provided. This necessitates a large size of the filtration device.

[0006] In the conventional filter device 2 as well, when the contaminants and suspended matter adhere to the gas adjustment orifice 40 and the liquid adjustment orifice 41 when the filtration is performed by the upward flow method, the adjacent primary horizontal conduit 38 is used. Are so close to each other that they must be removed through notches formed partially in each member 38a at the bottom of the primary lateral conduit 38, and the removal operation is extremely complicated. It is. Further, in order to remove foreign substances and suspended matter attached to the second orifice 43, the gravel layer 35 and the sand layer 36 must be removed, and the work of removing foreign substances and the like is extremely complicated.

As shown in FIG. 4, the air having a predetermined pressure that has reached the inside is pushed down the water surface 16 and discharged from the upper orifice 12 formed in each air dispersion material 10. In this manner, air having substantially the same pressure is discharged from the upper orifice 12 provided on each air dispersion member 10, and the partition members 14 are provided at substantially equal intervals in the longitudinal direction of the air dispersion member 10. Therefore, the air discharged from the orifice 12 becomes substantially the same amount of air for each partition partitioned by the partition member 14, and is discharged through the large number of holes 15 of the perforated plate 13,
The upper gravel layer 6 and the activated carbon layer 7 can be washed substantially uniformly.

Further, since a predetermined interval 11 is provided between the adjacent air dispersing materials 10, 10, the foreign matter or the perforated plate 13
The operation of removing impurities and the like clogged in the large number of holes 15 can be easily performed. Further, since the air dispersion material 10 has a substantially inverted V-shape, the cleaning work of the air dispersion material 10 is easy,
The work of removing contaminants and suspended matter clogged in the orifice 12 can be easily performed.

Further, since the water / water distribution device 5 is disposed at a predetermined height from the bottom of the tank, it is easy to manually remove these impurities and the like, and the height of the pressure culvert 2 can be sufficiently secured. Thus, the pressure difference between the inlet and the end of the raw water flowing into the pressure culvert 2 is reduced, and the uniform distribution of the raw water passing through the steam / water distributor 5 can be improved.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained. (1) According to the first aspect of the present invention, since a predetermined interval is provided between adjacent air dispersing materials, contaminants entering between the air dispersing materials and holes of the perforated plate are clogged. Removal of impurities and the like can be easily performed. (2) According to the second and sixth aspects of the present invention, since the lower portion of the air dispersion material is open, foreign substances and suspended matter easily fall downward, and these foreign substances and the like are contained in the air dispersion material. It becomes difficult to adhere. Further, even if the orifice is clogged with such foreign substances, it can be easily removed from the opening. (3) According to the third and seventh aspects of the invention, since the partition members are provided at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the air dispersion material,
Since the air discharged from the orifice of the air dispersion material is discharged as almost the same amount of air for each partition partitioned by the partition member, the filter media installed at the top of the water / water distribution device is washed almost uniformly. can do. (4) According to the fourth and eighth aspects of the present invention, since the air dispersion material has a substantially inverted V-shape, the inside of the air dispersion material can be easily cleaned. (5) According to the fifth aspect of the invention, when the non-treated water is passed in the upward flow system, the predetermined interval is provided between the adjacent air dispersing materials, so that the space between the air dispersing materials is increased. It is possible to easily perform the work of removing foreign substances that have entered and foreign substances clogged in the holes of the perforated plate. Further, since the water / water distribution device is disposed at a predetermined height from the bottom of the tank, it is easy to manually remove impurities and the like, and the flow rate of the raw water passing through the water / water distribution device can be smoothed. (6) According to the ninth aspect of the present invention, since there is no need to provide an air duct, the water treatment apparatus can be made compact.
