Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure an exhaust passage on the side plate using honeycomb material as reinforcement. SOLUTION: A side plate 33 in an elevator cage is made into a structure to sandwich a honeycomb material 33h between a front surface plate 33e and a back plate 33f. The honeycomb material is arranged inside by a fixed length from both right and left edges and upper and lower edges of the front surface plate and the back plate, respectively, to use the opening as an exhaust passage. Thereby, a lightweight and high rigid cage can be made. The soundproofing effect of the cage is enhanced, and the ventilation in the cage is performed efficiently through the exhaust passage formed inside the side plate, so that comfort in the cage can be improved greatly.

However, the side plate 3
When the honeycomb material 33h is used as the reinforcing material of FIG.
Similarly to the structure of the side plate 33 shown in FIG. 9, the sound insulating effect by the back plate 33f can be obtained, but since the inside of the side plate 33 is buried with the honeycomb material 33h, like the side plate 33 shown in FIG. A space 33g cannot be formed in the center of the side plate 33, and there is a problem that an exhaust passage for outside air for ventilation cannot be secured.

The present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the exhaust port 38 is provided at an intermediate position between the vertical reinforcing members 33c and 33d of the side plate 33. Of course, this exhaust port 38 is also formed continuously with the back plate 33f. Since other configurations are the same as those in FIG. 1, in FIG. 2, the same portions as those in FIG. 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description of the portions will be omitted.

Accordingly, in the second embodiment, the exhaust passage inside the side plate 33, that is, the vertical reinforcing member 33
Since the path from the lower ends of c and 33d to the exhaust port 38 is shortened, the pressure loss from the lower end of the side plate 33 to the exhaust port 38 is reduced, and the air in the car room 3 can be efficiently ventilated. In addition, effects similar to those of the first embodiment can be obtained.

FIG. 3 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 (a) is a rear view of a side plate, and FIG.
FIG. 3B is a sectional view taken along line XX of FIG. In this embodiment, the side plate 33 has a double structure in which the honeycomb material 33h is sandwiched between the surface plate 33e and the back plate 33f, but the honeycomb material 33h is formed on the left and right ends and the upper and lower sides of the surface plate 33e and the back plate 33f. It is arranged inside by predetermined dimensions from both ends, respectively, and at the upper end of the honeycomb material 33h,
An upper reinforcing member 33a is horizontally provided so as to fill the predetermined size, and a lower reinforcing member 33b is also provided horizontally at the lower end portion so as to fill the predetermined size.

However, the longitudinal reinforcing members 33c and 33d provided in the first and second embodiments are omitted, and the back plate 33f is not a flat plate but has a convex cross section. Therefore, the upper part of the back plate 33f is in contact with a part of the left and right ends of the honeycomb member 33h and the back surface, and the honeycomb member 33h is sandwiched between the front plate 33e and the back plate 33f.
, A gap 33i surrounded by the left and right ends of the honeycomb material 33h and the surface plate 33e is formed. The gap 33i serves as an exhaust passage. Therefore, the gap 33 between the upper reinforcing member 33a and the lower reinforcing member 33b.
A slit 40 is formed at a position corresponding to i. Other configurations are the same as those of the first and second embodiments. The same parts as those in FIGS. 1 and 2 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description of those parts is omitted.

In this embodiment, the air gap 33i formed inside the side plate 33 is used as an exhaust passage, so that the ventilation air introduced into the car room 3 passes through the slit 37 through the slit 40. The gap 3 in the side plate 33
The air flows through the inside 3i as indicated by an arrow A3, and can be discharged from the exhaust port 38 to an external hoistway. Further, by using the honeycomb material 33h as a reinforcing material for the side plate 33, the car room 3 can be made lighter and more rigid than before, and the side plate 33 has a double structure, so that the sound insulation effect is improved. As a result, noise such as wind noise in the elevator shaft becomes less likely to enter the inside of the car room 3, and the comfort inside the car room 3 can be greatly improved. Further, since the vertical reinforcing members 33c and 33d become unnecessary, the cost can be reduced by reducing the number of parts and the number of assembly steps.

As described above in detail, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the use of the honeycomb material as the reinforcing material for the side plates makes it possible to reduce the weight and the rigidity of the car room 3. In addition, the side plate has a double structure, which enhances the sound insulation effect, making it difficult for noise such as wind noise in the elevator hoistway to enter the interior of the car, and furthermore, through the exhaust passage formed inside the side plate, The ventilation can be performed well, so that the comfort can be greatly improved.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, the weight and rigidity of the cab can be reduced, and since the side plates have a double structure, the sound insulation effect is enhanced, and the elevator can be raised and lowered. Noise such as wind noise in the road is less likely to enter the interior of the car, and ventilation of the car is well ventilated through the exhaust passage formed in the side plate, so that comfort can be significantly improved. Further, since the vertical reinforcing member is not required, the cost can be reduced by reducing the number of parts and the number of assembling steps.

According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, noise such as wind noise in the hoistway is less likely to enter the interior of the car due to the sound insulation effect of the back plate of the side plate, and the exhaust passage is formed inside the side plate. Because it is provided, the ventilation in the car can be performed comfortably.

Further, according to the fifth aspect of the present invention,
Since the exhaust passage inside the side plate, that is, the path of the gap from the lower end of the side plate to the exhaust port is shortened, the pressure loss from the lower end of the side plate to the exhaust port is reduced, and the car can be efficiently ventilated.

According to the sixth and seventh aspects of the present invention, since the beams are provided on the back side of the surface plate, not only good ventilation is performed, but also the rigidity of the side plate is further enhanced. Therefore, a car operation panel dedicated to a wheelchair or the like can be easily and reliably attached to the side plate surface on the inside of the car using the beams.
