Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To double prevent the liquid leakage by covering a thin sealant on a bottle mouth, pressing it against an upper end face of the bottle mouth of a container to which the sealant is attached, circumferentially providing a flexible claw ring to prevent the liquid leakage around a top inner surface of a cap, bending the claw ring when the cap is screwed to the bottle mouth, and pressing it against the thin sealant. SOLUTION: A claw ring 2 bent to a center side of a cap is circumferentially provided opposite to an upper end face of a bottle mouth 3 close to an outer edge of a top inner surface 1a of the cap 1. The upper end face 3a of the bottle mouth 3 is pressed against an aluminum foil 4, and the liquid leakage of a beverage is prevented by screwing a thread 1b provided on an inner circumferential wall of the cap 1 with a thread 3b provided on an inner circumferential wall of the bottle mouth 3 to press the claw ring 2 against the aluminum foil 4. A projecting ring 5 is circumferentially provided on the top inner surface 1a on the center side of the cap 1 close to a base part of the claw ring 2, and when the claw ring 2 is bent, the tip part is pressed against the projecting ring 5 to double prevent the liquid leakage. The leakage of the beverage is completely prevented thereby.

Description of the Related Art The invention according to Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 10-35701 relates to a method in which an inner lid made of a sheet material such as cardboard is fitted into a step provided at an opening of a milk bottle, and a projection for pressing the inner lid is formed. In the case of bottles for lactic acid bacteria drinks, it is legally required to seal the bottle mouth with aluminum foil in order to maintain quality, and the cap seal is provided on the top plate. The cap seal cannot be used because the protruding body may break through the aluminum foil during mounting.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION A claw ring which presses against the upper end surface of a bottle mouth of a container in which a thin sealing material for sealing a beverage is sealed over the bottle mouth to prevent liquid leakage has a flexible property and a cap. It is an object of the present invention to provide a cap which is provided on the inner surface of the top of the cap so that when the cap is screwed into the bottle mouth, the claw ring is bent and pressed against the thin seal material, so that there is no danger of breaking through the seal material and leaking liquid. Particularly, when the beverage is a lactic acid bacteria beverage, the prevention of liquid leakage is regulated by law. Therefore, the beverage is mainly used as a cap for a lactic acid bacteria beverage. An object of the present invention is to provide a ring around the inner surface of the top of the cap to prevent liquid leakage twice.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS FIG. 1 is a front view of a cap of a beverage container according to the present invention, in which a left half is shown in a half-mounted sectional view, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged sectional view of a main part. Near the outer edge of the top inner surface 1a of the cap 1, a claw ring 2 curving toward the center of the cap 1 is provided facing the upper end surface 3a of the bottle opening 3.
The upper end surface 3a of the bottle mouth 3 is adhered and covered with an aluminum foil 4, and the claw ring 2 is pressed against the aluminum foil 4, so that a screw thread 1b provided on the inner peripheral wall of the cap 1 is provided.
When the screw thread 3b provided on the inner peripheral wall of the bottle opening 3 is screwed, the claw ring 2 is pressed against the aluminum foil 4 to prevent liquid leakage of the beverage. Further, a protruding ring 5 is provided around the top inner surface 1a on the center side of the cap 1 close to the base of the claw ring 2, and when the claw ring 2 bends, its tip presses against the protruding ring 5 and the liquid is applied. The leak is prevented twice.

According to the present invention, the cap 1 covers the upper end surface 3a of the bottle opening 3 of the container containing the beverage such as lactic acid bacteria beverage, and presses the nail ring 2 against the aluminum foil 4 attached to prevent the liquid from leaking. Since the nail ring 2 does not unnecessarily pierce the aluminum foil 4 when the is attached to the bottle mouth 3, there is no liquid leakage of the beverage.
When the cap 1 is screwed into the bottle opening 3 with the screw thread 1b and the screw thread 3b mounted, the claw ring 2 is further bent, and the tip of the claw ring 2 is pressed against the protruding ring 5, so that the liquid leakage of the beverage may occur. Perfectly prevented.

A cap for a beverage container, comprising a flexible claw ring which presses against an upper end surface of a bottle mouth of a container to which a sealing material for sealing a beverage is attached and adhered, is provided around an inner surface of a top portion of the cap. 2. A cap for a beverage container according to claim 1, wherein a protruding ring whose tip end is pressed when said claw ring is bent is provided around the inner surface of the top of the cap.
