2. Description of the Related Art As a building, there is known a wooden building in which a frame is constructed by attaching a wall panel or a roof panel made of a heat insulating panel to a frame constructed by a conventional construction method to form a frame. ing. The heat insulating panel used in this building is composed of a frame, face materials attached to both sides of the frame, and a heat insulating material provided inside the frame and the face material. This heat insulating panel is not only excellent in heat insulating properties, but also becomes a load-bearing wall by using a structural surface material as a surface material, thereby improving the strength of the building.

However, in the heat-insulating panel, many scraps (wood ends), which are scraps of the frame material or the face material, are generated in the manufacturing process. For example, in the case of a frame material, since a material of a specified size is obtained by cutting from a fixed length material, a scrap material having a size that cannot be used finally appears.
Therefore, not all of the material can be used up, so that not only the yield of the material is poor, but also there is a problem that the cost for discarding the offcuts increases and forest resources are wasted.

The frame member is made of, for example, a lumbar material for a roof. By cutting the lumbar material or the frame material to predetermined dimensions, scraps 10 of various dimensions that are of little value themselves are generated. These end materials 10 are used as a frame material by being appropriately connected in the longitudinal direction by connecting means 11. As the connecting means 11, for example, the back plate 1
1a and a fastener 11b such as a nail or staple are used. As the back plate 11a, a plate material, for example, a plywood is preferable, but it is preferable to use an end material, which is a piece of the plywood as a material of the face material, in order to improve the yield of the material.

When connecting the end pieces 10, first, the end pieces 1
0 may be arranged in series adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction, and a back plate 11a may be applied to one side surface so as to straddle both end members 10, and this back plate 11a may be fixed to both end members by a fixing tool 1b. Thereby, the end materials 10 can be easily joined. By stocking the frame material formed by joining the end materials 10 in this manner, it is possible to appropriately use the frame material as a frame material.

When assembling the framework 7, FIG.
As shown in the figure, upper and lower horizontal frames 6a and 6b and left and right vertical frames 6c and 6d made of a frame material are arranged in a square, and at that time, at least one frame material (one is preferable in terms of strength). In the illustrated example, it is assumed that the upper frame 6a) uses the end material 10. And
These upper and lower horizontal frames 6a, 6b and left and right vertical frames 6c, 6
d is joined with a nail (fixing tool) 12 to assemble a rectangular framework 7. In this case, as shown in FIG. 1B, it is preferable from the standpoint of appearance that the back plate 11a of the connecting means 11 is located inside the framework 7. By doing so, the back plate 11a is buried in the heat insulating material 9 and the face material 8
This is because they are covered by a and 8b. Further, an intermediate vertical frame 6e is arranged between the upper and lower horizontal frames 6a and 6b, and fixed with nails 12.

Next, as shown in FIG. 1C, face materials 8a and 8b are attached to both surfaces of the frame 7. In this case, a nail may be used, but in terms of sticking strength and work efficiency,
It is preferable to use staples. As the face materials 8a and 8b, face materials for load-bearing walls, for example, structural plywood, particle board, OSB (oriented strand board) and the like are used. As the face materials 8a and 8b provided on both sides of the framework 7, both sides may be plywood, but one side may be paper, sheet or the like. That is, the face material includes paper, sheet, and the like in addition to the plate material.

The interior defined by b may be filled with a heat insulating material 9 made of, for example, a foamed polyurethane foam by injection foaming, thereby completing a roof panel made of a heat insulating panel, in this embodiment, a standard roof panel 4a. An airtight material is attached to the periphery of the roof panel (not shown). The standard roof panel 4a completed in this manner is, as shown in FIG. 2, mounted over a purlin (including a purlin) 13 which is a structural material in the roof of the frame 2 and attached. In this case, it is preferable to arrange the frame member 6a using the end member 10 so as to be supported by the purlin 13 in order to reinforce the strength of the frame member 6a using the end member 10.
