【発明の効果】本発明によれば、熱間圧延したままの熱
延コイルを酸洗ラインに装入しても腰折れが発生しな
い。そのため、酸洗外販コイルのように腰折れの発生が
問題になる製品について、降伏点伸びを消去するために
予めスキンパスラインに装入することが不要になり、製
造コストを低減できる。また、鋼板板厚に応じてプレッ
シャーロールの押し込み量を調整することによって、加
工性を損なわないで腰折れの発生を防止できる。
