Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an existing old pipe regenerating construction method capable of dispensing with works for mounting and dismounting a mounting member of a back-filling material pouring nozzle and filling a back-filling material into a clearance between an existing old pipe and a lining pipe while confirming its filling situation. SOLUTION: A timbering device 1 is inserted into a lining pipe 3 newly provided in an existing old pipe 2, and an annular frame is supported in the lining pipe 3 by a support means 13. Three or more hollow rod bodies 141, 141', 141' are arranged in a row in the longitudinal direction of the lining pipe 3, their tips are inserted into a pouring hole of the lining pipe 3, a back-filling material supply hose 4 is connected to a connection end at a basic end of the hollow rod body 141 in an intermediate part, and basic ends of the front and rear hollow rod bodies 141', 141' are left open. The back-filling material is discharged from a back-filling material discharge port in the vicinity of a tip of the hollow rod body 141 in the intermediate part, and the back-filling material is filled into a clearance between the existing old pipe 2 and the lining pipe 3 while confirming its filling situation based on an outflow condition of the back-filling material from the basic ends of the front and rear hollow rod bodies 141', 141'.

The rehabilitating method for an old pipe according to the present invention has a hollow rod having an external thread provided on an outer surface screwed into a screw hole provided in the annular frame as the support device, and rotating the hollow rod. By doing so, it is possible to advance and retreat from the inside of the annular frame to the outside, a backfill material discharge port is provided near the outer end of the hollow rod of the annular frame, and the inside of the annular frame of the hollow rod is provided. Using a support having a connection port that can be connected to one end of a backfill material supply hose at the base end, insert the support device into a lining pipe newly installed in an existing aging pipe, and support the annular frame. And three or more hollow rods are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the lining pipe, and their distal ends are inserted into the injection holes of the lining pipe. Backing material supply hoe And the base ends of the front and rear hollow rods are left open, and the backfill material is discharged from a backfill material discharge port near the front end of the hollow rod in the middle part, and the base ends of the front and rear hollow rods are discharged from the base ends of the front and rear hollow rods. Filling the gap between the existing aging pipe and the lining pipe with the backfill material while checking the filling state from the outflow state of the backfill material, as in the past, filling the backfill material Mounting of nozzle mounting members,
Removal work is unnecessary, and the backfill material from the base end of the front and rear hollow rods flows out only when the hollow rods in the middle part are fully filled from the front and rear hollow rods, so it is constant at that time The gap between the existing aging pipe and the lining pipe in the section can be used as a guide when the backfill material is sufficiently filled.
