[0003] For example, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-47898, a groove having a narrow entrance portion and a wide depth is formed in a bracket having a protruding key-like leg fitted into a locking hole of a column. A shelf frame combining a rod and a rod holder having a connecting rod at its head and having a tubular body at its tail, which is drilled on the side and can be fitted and locked in the groove, is described.

However, when the drop prevention bar or the rod described in the official gazette is laid laterally above the shelf board by using the locking hole of the column, there is little danger of falling articles, so that it is divided by the partition. There is a drawback in that the area to be covered is the entire surface of the shelf, and the fall prevention bar also exists in unnecessary parts, so that a part of the shelf cannot be used as a storage space for other uses.

As described above, the support 4 is detachably attached to the upper surface of the shelf 7 or the inner surface of the column 6, and drops between the support 4 and the other support 4 attached to the upper surface of the shelf 7. By fitting the prevention bar 5, the fall prevention bar 5 can be laterally provided above the shelf plate 7 to form an area defined by the plurality of the fall prevention bars 5,. The article placed on the upper surface of the shelf 7 in the region surrounded by the fall prevention bars 5,... Moves to the edge of the shelf 7 due to vibration such as an earthquake.
Since the movement is regulated by the fall prevention bar 5, it does not fall easily. In this embodiment, the dovetail and the dovetail groove are used for the concave-convex fitting structure. However, other concave-convex fitting structure can be adopted.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an apparatus for preventing articles from dropping on a shelf in order to prevent articles placed on the shelf of the shelf from falling. A plurality of block-shaped supports are removably attached to the inner surface of the supporting column, and the end of the fall prevention bar or the intermediate portion is held on the supports, and the storage shelf is provided horizontally above the shelf plate. An article fall prevention device, wherein the support is provided with means for attaching to a shelf or a support, and mounting means for attaching the support to the shelf or support by the attachment is provided at a plurality of locations.
Since the first engagement portion and the second engagement portion for fitting the fall prevention bar are formed so as to be orthogonal to each other, the fall prevention bar is placed laterally above the shelf plate and mounted on the shelf plate of the storage shelf. The fall of the placed article can be prevented, and the mounting position and combination of the fall prevention bar have a degree of freedom, so that a region defined by the fall prevention bar can be formed only in a necessary portion of the upper surface of the shelf.
