Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain low noise without reducing output characteristics by fixing the spaces between neighboring salient poles by means of a non-magnetic adhesive or the like. SOLUTION: A bobbin 14 is attached to a stator 13. A winding material 15 is wound around the bobbin 14 for fabricating a stator assembly 12. A fixing material 17 is charged into clearance 13b between the neighboring salient poles 13a of the stator assembly 12, thereby fixing a plurality of salient poles of the stator 13 to each other. With a non-magnetic adhesive or a resin used as the fixing material 17, non-magnetic solid matter is fixed by means of adhesion or press-inserting. The fixing material 17 may adhere to not only the stator 13 but also the bobbin 14 and the winding material 15, or fill the whole of clearance between the salient poles 13a and between coils 16. It is thus possible to attain a low noise motor without affected by the magnetic characteristics of the layered stator 13, by restricting vibration between the neighboring salient poles 13a of the stator 13, and improve fixing force in a layering direction without deteriorating the characteristics.
