Conventionally, a method of punching the binding hole is to manually cut the ends of a plurality of copied sheets. And a method of perforating with a manual punch has been frequently used. Since the manual punching method has the trouble of aligning the edges of the paper and confirming the punching position, there has recently been a demand that a punching device is built in a copying machine and punching is performed after copying. As a perforation method, there is known a method of mechanically aligning edges of a sheet in a copying machine, and punching and punching the sheet with a punch and a fixed die that reciprocate using power. On the other hand, there is a so-called rotary punch type in which a punch and a die are mounted on a pair of opposing shafts and synchronously rotated in opposite directions to perforate the sheet material during conveyance.

The punch guide and the die are harmful to each other at the beginning of use and after a certain durable use period. It is necessary to avoid interference. For this reason,
The die hole diameter is slightly larger than the hole diameter of the punch guide ( 0.02
0.10 mm or more), and at least one of the punch guide and the die (generally, the former) has a structure that can be moved relative to the bracket so that the axis can be aligned. He relied on manual labor.

The centering method has problems in terms of cost reduction and productivity improvement. That is, for example, a method of movably attaching a flanged tubular punch guide member to a through hole provided in a bracket is a method of attaching a flangeless tubular punch guide member by press-fitting, welding, brazing, or the like. Compared with the method of directly forming a punch guide hole in a bracket member, the number of parts, the size of a material to be used, the number of machining steps, and the like are significantly disadvantageous, and the same applies to a die. Therefore, the present invention provides a sheet material punching apparatus which is advantageous in at least one of the number of parts, the size of a used material, the number of machining steps, assembly, and the like by using a novel structure and a manufacturing method, and a method of manufacturing the same. That is the task. If the die hole diameter and the hole diameter of the punch guide may be substantially the same, it is advantageous in tool management and the like.

In the state where the punch guide and the die are once assembled, the inner diameters of the punch guide and the die are processed in a common processing step, or as one of the processing methods, the other is used as a reference, and concentricity is focused on. . And first,
In the assembled state, using a normal reamer, finish the inner diameter of the punch guide and the die concentrically and the same diameter. As a result of endurance test using normal high quality paper, it was compared with the sheet punching machine manufactured by the conventional method. It has been found that it is possible to obtain a sheet material punching apparatus which is not inferior in punching state and durability.

In addition, JIS SKD11 and the like, Hv697-77
Heat treated to about 2 was used. For this reason,
In the sheet material punching device according to the first aspect of the present invention, if the sliding surface of the punch or the punch guide gradually wears, the dies are subjected to the shaving action of the punch, so that it is considered that no harmful interference occurs. In the first invention, substantially the same size means that the difference between the inner diameter of the die and the inner diameter of the punch guide is less than 0.02 mm. The sheet material perforating apparatus of the second invention has a structure most suitable for the manufacturing method of the third or fourth invention. Both the punch guide and the die have guide holes or die holes formed in a bracket, respectively. Alternatively, a member having a guide hole or a die hole is integrally fixed to the bracket, and the cost adjustment and the productivity are improved by omitting the position adjusting mechanism.

In the method for manufacturing a sheet material punching apparatus according to the fourth aspect of the present invention, any one of the punch guide and the hole of the die is concentric by using the other in the assembled state as a reference. As described above, the edges of the punch and the die do not cause harmful interference even after a certain endurance use period, of course, at the beginning even after the processing. Further, after a concentric process using a common processing process or a processing method based on the other process, the concentric state is maintained even if the die hole diameter is slightly re-processed with an adjustable reamer, a taper reamer or the like. For this reason, a method of reworking, for example, by slightly increasing the die hole diameter after the concentric step, is effective when the punch hardness is not extremely high with respect to the die as described above.

In this embodiment, the reamer 11 uses the punch guide holes as a reference. Shows a case where a die hole is machined. At this time, when the rigidity of the punch guide bracket 7 is low, it is preferable to work while stiffening the block 10 with the block 10 interposed therebetween as shown in the figure. In the embodiment of FIG.
Although the die hole is machined based on the punch guide hole, the present invention is not limited to this, and may be reversed. Further, the common processing step or the other reference processing is not necessarily limited to the finishing processing step, and after concentricity in the common processing step or the other reference processing, one of the methods does not substantially cause misalignment, Processing such as diameter expansion may be performed.

Although a single-rotation clutch was used as a driving method of the camshaft to eliminate the need for a dedicated motor, the present invention is not limited to these. The punch operation can be delayed by changing the mounting angle, etc.
A stepping motor or the like may be fixed to, for example, one rising portion of the punch guide bracket 7 and driven via a known transmission means such as a gear. Further, the present invention achieves simplification of the drive system by using only one pair of drive means such as cams for a multi-hole punch having three or more holes by using the punch holder 4, but furthermore, as a punch guide, A bearing alloy such as an oil-impregnated sintered alloy or a copper base may be used.
