2. Description of the Related Art Generally, ceilings, walls, floors, and the like of buildings are decorated with interior materials. Such interior materials have been conventionally used because of their excellent appearance. Alternatively, an interior cloth made of a cloth or the like is widely used. However, such an interior cloth gradually becomes dirty due to natural deterioration or generation of cigarette smoke, oily smoke, soot, mold and the like. When such dirt becomes noticeable, the ceiling, wall or floor is usually renovated. When making such renovations,
Conventionally, a countermeasure has been taken in which a dirty interior cloth is peeled off and replaced with a new interior cloth.

However, when the interior cloth is replaced as described above, there is a problem that the replacement work requires a long time and the cost is extremely high. In other words, it is necessary to purchase a new interior cloth, and after removing the old interior cloth, a considerable amount of labor is required to set up a new interior cloth, which increases labor. Further, there is a problem that the peeled interior cloth must be discarded. Such a problem occurs not only for the interior cloth but also for other interior materials such as interior paper.

[0004] To cope with this problem, it is conceivable to regenerate the interior cloth by washing. However, dirt on the interior cloth due to cigarette smoke, oil smoke, soot, mold and the like is usually extremely difficult to remove, and even if most of the interior cloth is dirty. Even if the dirt can be removed, a part of the dirt remains on the interior cloth, so that the finish is uneven and the aesthetic appearance cannot be sufficiently restored. It is also conceivable to cover the stained interior cloth with a paint or the like to hide the stain. However, in this case, the finished state is usually unnatural, and the aesthetic appearance cannot be sufficiently restored.

Here, instead of brushing, physical cleaning may be performed by wiping a cloth such as a towel with a mop with a stick having a flat contact surface to wipe off dirt and detergent. In particular, in a Japanese-style room, a decorative board whose surface is formed of paper is often used as an interior material instead of an interior cloth, but in this case, brushing is not preferable, so a stick with a flat contact surface is used. It is preferable to wipe off dirt and detergent using a sticking mop and a towel.

When stubborn stains are removed by static electricity, heat traces, traces, etc., it is preferable to repeatedly perform the stain removal operation with a chlorine bleach. In order to shorten the working time, it is preferable to decolorize the chlorine bleach under use conditions in which the chlorine bleach is made acidic with an inorganic or organic acidic substance. In order to avoid rapid decomposition of the chlorine bleach during operation, it is desirable to add an organic acidic substance.

This color coating has the following features. (1) Since the color coating of 200 to 250 m 2 (1 section) can be applied per day, the construction period is greatly reduced. (2) Since no material other than the color coating agent is required, it can be retrofitted at low cost. (3) Work can be carried out during the night or on holidays, and unlike ordinary painting, it is odorless during and after work, so there is no hindrance to daily life or business. (4) Indoor products and equipment can be protected by ordinary curing. (5) There is no need to remove or repair lighting equipment, air conditioners, etc. (6) No waste. (7) The hue uniformity after finishing is extremely good. (8) Unlike paint, natural beauty and dignity can be obtained. (9) Since the color coating agent contains sound-absorbing fine particles, the sound-absorbing property of a ceiling material or the like is not affected at all. (10) Since the color coating agent has a combustion delay effect, it is extremely advantageous in disaster prevention. (11) Since the color coating agent is light (0.3 to 0.4 kg per liter) (approximately 1 / of the paint), the burden on the ceiling material is small when used for the ceiling.

In the case of replacing the interior cloth as described above without regenerating the interior cloth, although the uniformity of the hue after finishing is improved, the following problems occur. (1) The construction period is long. (2) In addition to the material cost, the cost for the partition, the base, etc. is high, so the renovation cost is high. (3) Sales during construction may be partial business or whole holidays at the partition. (4) It is necessary to partition and protect equipment and the like in the room or to completely move them. (5) It is necessary to remove and repair lighting equipment and air conditioners. (6) Since a large amount of waste is generated, disposal, transportation and the like are costly.

Further, when the interior cloth is washed and stained and then painted without color coating, the following problems occur. (1) Smell after paint painting is strong, and use immediately after treatment causes discomfort. (2) When paint is applied to the sound absorbing material, the holes in the sound absorbing material are painted with paint, and the sound absorbing ability is completely lost. (3) When the sound absorbing material is painted with paint, the inherently non-combustible and flame-retardant features are impaired. (4) Paint is 1.2-1.4 kg per liter
When used for ceilings, the weight burden on the ceiling material is large, and when paint painting is repeated, the paint is repeatedly applied, causing distortion and deflection of the ceiling material.
