Generally, in order to prevent sound (airborne sound) from a television or a stereo from being transmitted downstairs, a material having a large surface density or a large thickness, that is, a floor material having a large transmission loss of the airborne sound, is used. It is said that it is necessary to use soundproofing or to reduce the number of openings that easily leak sound. On the other hand, in order to prevent sound propagating as vibration sound (solid sound transmission) from being transmitted downstairs due to impact on a structure such as a wall or a floor such as a child jumping or dropping an object, (1) (2) installing a high-density plate material (that is, a sound-insulating material having a high surface density) in the space under the ceiling; and (3) installing a cushioning material (effective for a lightweight impact source). It is necessary to increase the rigidity of the floor structure (effective for a heavy impact source). Various sound-insulating floor materials and floor structures have been proposed to solve such problems.

However, in so-called detached houses such as wooden houses and steel-framed houses, particularly in wooden houses built by small and medium-sized construction shops and carpenters in the area, it has been difficult to impart sufficient sound insulation to the houses. This is because wooden houses and steel-framed houses are lightweight and have low rigidity, so even if high-rigid flooring is used, the effect is not fully exhibited. Because it is rarely built, it took considerable time and effort to implement sound insulation measures including the floor structure, resulting in high costs. On the other hand, a cement-based molded plate is considered to be used as a sound insulating flooring material because of its high surface density and bending rigidity. However, when a low rigidity joist is used or the number of nails used for fixing to the joist is small, If the fixing is insufficient, there is a problem that a sufficient sound insulation effect cannot be obtained. Moreover, it is difficult for small and medium-sized construction firms and carpenters to use cement-based molded boards as flooring materials, because cement-based molded boards generally have poor sawing and nailing properties. Had not been used.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail. Here, FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway perspective view (A) of the sound insulation floor panel 1 of the present invention, and an XX ′ sectional view (B) thereof, and FIG. 2 shows the mounting structure of the sound insulation floor panel 1 of the present invention. It is explanatory sectional drawing shown. As is clear from FIG. 1, the sound insulating floor panel 1 of the present invention has a cement-based plate-shaped body 3
However, it has a structure in which the adhesive 4 and the nail 5 are used in combination. At this time, the width of the sound insulating floor panel 1 is set to 700 to 1 due to the purpose of the present invention to improve workability.
It is preferable that the thickness be in the range of 200 mm and a length of 1800 to 2400 mm. If the width or length is less than this, not only the effect of forming a panel cannot be expected, but if the width is small, the bending rigidity will be reduced as described later, which is not preferable. vice versa,
If the size of the floor panel 1 exceeds this, it is not preferable because not only the transportability is reduced but also it becomes impossible to cope with various floor plans. The thickness of the floor panel 1 is determined by the thickness of the cement-based plate 3 used and the wooden bar 21 used for the frame 2. , And 100 to 150 mm.

[0010] Such a sound insulation floor panel 1 of the present invention comprises:
For example, it is manufactured by the following method. First, the frame 2 is prepared by assembling the wooden square members 21 having appropriate dimensions. Examples of the shape of the frame body 2 include a rectangular shape or a ladder shape, but three or more wooden squares 21 are arranged at regular intervals in parallel to the longitudinal direction for reasons of construction method, reinforcing effect, rigidity, and the like. It is preferable to make a ladder shape in which wooden squares 21 are attached to both ends of the ladder. Examples of the assembling means include an adhesive, a nail, a bolt, a metal fitting, and the like. The assembling means can be used alone or in combination with a plurality of assembling means.

Next, in order to obtain a highly rigid floor panel 1 in which the frame 2 and the cement-based plate 3 are integrated for a long period of time, the cement-based plate 3 is placed on the upper surface of the frame 2. Is attached using the adhesive 4 and the nail 5 together. Nail 5 for pasting
When only the nails 5 are used, if the number of nails 5 to be used is small, not only the rigidity of the entire floor panel 1 is insufficient, but also the nails 5 are deformed or warped due to the frame 2 and the cement-based plate 3. May loosen and the stiffness may decrease.
In the case of using only, there is a problem that reliability in long-term use is lacking. In the present invention, the nail 5 is
Nail means screw nail. In addition, it is also possible to paste the frame body 2 so as to be flush with the frame body 2. However, as shown in FIG. It is preferable that the overlapping margin 6 is stuck to one side end and the overlapping margin 7 is formed at the other end opposite thereto so as to be slightly shifted from the frame body 2. In this way, when a plurality of floor panels 1 are joined, it is possible to prevent sound from leaking from a joint of the floor panels 1.

The cement-based plate 3 used in the present invention has a flexural rigidity of 300 × 10 4 kg · cm 2 or more, preferably 400 to 1000 × 10 4 kg · cm 2 , and a surface density of 30 kg / m 2. Above, preferably 30 to 50 kg /
Using the cement plate-like body 3 of m 2. A cement-based plate having a flexural rigidity or a surface density less than this is not preferable because a sufficient sound insulating effect cannot be expected. Conversely, a cement-based plate having a flexural rigidity of more than 1000 × 10 4 kg · cm 2 or an areal density of more than 50 kg / m 2 becomes too heavy in panel weight, resulting in reduced transportability and workability. And nailing becomes difficult. Further, it is preferable that the dimensions of the cement-based plate-like body 3 be such that the floor panel 1 can be formed by using one cement-based plate-like body 3 for the floor panel 1. Further, the cement-based plate 3
Is preferably nailed, that is, a cement-based plate-like body 3 having a density of 1.7 cm 3 or less is used because it is attached to the frame member 2 using a nail 5.

The cement-based plate 3 in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it satisfies such conditions among commercially available extruded cement boards, wood wool cement boards and the like. In fact, it can be used in any hollow case. In particular, in the present invention, a molded product of an inverse emulsion composition comprising cement, water, an oily substance, and a reinforcing fiber is used as the cement-based plate-like body 3 because of its workability such as nailing and sawing. This is preferable because it has excellent properties and high bending strength, which is a characteristic not found in conventional cement-based molded plates. A molded product of this inverse emulsion composition is disclosed in, for example, JP-A-1-1762.
No. 58, etc., an oily substance comprising a water-insoluble vinyl monomer such as cement and styrene,
It can be easily prepared by mixing water and the reinforcing fibers in the presence of a polymerization initiator and an inverse emulsifier to form an inverse emulsion composition, and then extruding the inverse emulsion composition.

The floor panel 1 of the present invention uses a cement-based plate 3 having a surface density and a flexural rigidity of a certain value or more, so that it is excellent in sound insulation of air-borne sound and solid-borne sound based on a heavy impact source. It has the characteristic that there is. Moreover, since the cement-based plate 3 is rigidly attached to the frame 2 having high rigidity by using the adhesive 4 and the nail together, the rigidity of the floor panel 1 as a whole is high, and the frame 2 is Since it is made of wood, it has the property that construction such as nailing is easy. Furthermore, by installing and directly fixing the floor panel 1 so as to span a beam and / or a trunk 8 which is a structural material of the building, the rigidity of the floor portion can be made comparable to the rigidity of the building itself. It is possible to provide excellent sound insulation as a whole. In addition, by installing the floor panel 1 and finishing with a floor material or a carpet or the like containing a cushioning material effective for sound insulation of a lightweight impact source, the sound insulation can be further improved.

Example 1, Comparative Examples 1 to 3 Wooden square bar 21 (bending rigidity: 45 mm in width and 65 mm in thickness)
515 × 10 4 kg · cm 2 ) in the longitudinal direction.
A ladder-shaped frame 2 having a width of 910 mm and a length of 1820 mm, in which wooden timbers 21 were arranged at equal intervals, was assembled. Next, the cement-based plate 3 produced in the production example was attached to the upper surface of the frame using a urethane-based adhesive and a cement nail together to obtain a floor panel 1 having a shape as shown in FIG. Further, a floor panel was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that various plate materials were used instead of the cement-based plate-like body 3. Table 1 shows the used plate materials and the performances of the obtained floor panels. In the case of the ALC plate, the width of the available ALC plate was as narrow as 606 mm, so that two sheets were joined and used as a floor panel.

As is clear from Table 1, the floor panel according to the first embodiment using the cement-based plate-like body 3 as the plate material having both the areal density and the bending rigidity within the scope of the present invention has excellent sound insulation. The nailing performance at the time of sticking was also good. On the other hand, the floor panels of Comparative Example 1 and Comparative Example 3 using plywood or particle board as plate materials were easy to manufacture, but had low surface density and insufficient bending rigidity, and thus had little sound insulation effect. Was. Further, the floor panel using the ALC plate as a plate material has a sufficient bending rigidity although the surface density is insufficient, so that a certain degree of sound insulation effect was expected. However, since only a sheet having a width of 606 mm was available, two ALC plates were spliced together when forming a panel, so that sound leaked from the joint and there was not much sound insulation effect.

The floor panel 1 of the present invention has a high areal density and flexural rigidity, and since the frame 2 is made of wood, it can be easily constructed even when the structural material is wood, such as a wooden house. It has the feature of being able to. Further, since the panel is made by previously bonding a board and a joist, it is extremely easy to perform on-site construction, and there is an advantage that a combination of a plurality of panels can be used for floors of various specifications. Accordingly, it has become possible to easily and inexpensively impart sound insulation to a detached wooden house or a steel-framed house which has been considered difficult.
